All participants must have their documentation (hardcopy or electronic version in their laptops) when arriving to the Conference since no printed copies will be distributed.

Participants registration It is necessary that participants enter online registration link at https://www.icao.int/sam/pages/meetingsdocumentation.aspx?m=2018-gasep as soon as possible and proceed to complete their registration. A face-to-face registration is programmed for Tuesday and Wednesday 24-25 July 2018 (see paragraph 3 above), for which passports and/or personal identification will be required. Also, please carry with you the online registration confirmation printed sheet in order to facilitate the registration process. Participants are requested to use the badge handed to them during face-to-face registration during the whole Conference. 6. Temperature Temperature in Panama City for July 2018 varies from 25 to 30 C. Average humidity is 64%. 8. Transportation from the airport It is important to mention that Panama is presently working on the maintenance of its principal avenues and roads, therefore it is necessary to calculate an additional time for transportation and avoid traffic congestion generated at different times of the day. Official-authorized taxi service can be found at the Tocumen International Airport. The fare from the airport to the hotel area and vice-versa is approximately US$35.00 (additional person: US$12.00). This fare can be confirmed at the taxi counters located at the airport after going through migratory authorities. It is recommended to use authorized taxi services that can be found in the lower floor of the airport passengers terminal.
