Youth Activities What s Happening A new committee will begin in April. l First week in May they will host the Student Awards dinner volunteers will are needed for serving - see Mary Ellen Patchell. l Scrapbooking dates areset for May 5, July 14 and August 11th. Please contact MARY ELLEN PATCHELL to join the YA Committee. All the committees are still looking for members to join and help out! Exalted Ruler Message Welcome to the new lodge year 2012-2013. My plans for the coming year include more outdoor activities in Antler Park, more Veteran activities and of course increasing our membership. Please set aside some time to help out at the Lodge. Secretary s Notes Officers Notes DUES ARE DUE! Please remember that your dues must be paid to be considered to be in good standing and enjoy the privileges if the Lodge. They are due April 1st. If there is a problem please contact me. We are beginning a new Lodge Year and I am sure that ER Mary Ellen will be looking for all the help she can get. All to often members sit on the side and wait for someone else to take care of this or that. Please step up and help. This is what Elkdom is about. Remember Elks Care Elks Share. Ask Jim Patchell, PER how you can help. Pig Roast in Antler Park: Saturday, May 19th there will be a Pig Roast to celebrate the 5th anniversary of Antler Park. Jordan s Run: Jordan's Ride will be Sunday, July 29th at the lodge more details to follow next bulletin. Parking: There are designated spots for the Elk of the Month, Officer of the Month, and Elk of the Year. Please be considerate of their parking spaces. As you can see we have lowered the prices and changed some of the Brunches to all you can eat breakfasts * Eggs to order / Omelet Station / Bacon / Sausage / Ham / Home Fries / Pancakes / Toast / Orange Juice / Coffee Officers Notes House Committee Notes The new house committee will be in place on April 7th. We are open to all ideas and suggestions and are still looking for a few more members to join the committee. A list of all the members of the house committee will be posted soon in the Lounge and in the May Bulletin. We are planning to continue Friday night food and will have sandwiches on Saturdays and Sundays. There will be a more detailed schedule coming soon. These Hepa filtered-wheel-shaped-fans make the bar so much more pleasant for everyone. Come on down, bring your friends again, and let us know if this new system helps.
