The University Technical College has just opened its doors to over 800 students ready to learn about the broadcast and digital media industry. In October 2016 The Old Vinyl Factory saw its first residents move into the Gatefold, 133 build to rent apartments with commercial space. Somewhere to live in comfort, with London and the world right on the doorstep, or simply somewhere to spend time, with award-winning buildings and 180,000 sq ft of inspiring landscaped public space. Over the course of the next three years, our vision for the wider site plan will continue to become a reality with the completion of a further 5 homes, shops, a cinema, pop-up museum and a live music venue at the heart of the site.
