One way travel is not allowed. You may, however fly out of one city and back to another. : If you choose the U.S. add-on, Advantage Travel will confirm flights between your home city and Los Angeles based on the most direct routing possible. CHANGING YOUR FLIGHTS PRIOR TO U.S. DEPARTURE : Until airline tickets are issued (approx. 45 days prior to departure) you may make changes to your travel dates and travel itinerary, within the rules of the fare, without penalty. CHANGING YOUR TICKET AFTER U.S. DEPARTURE AND/OR AFTER AIRLINE TICKETS ARE ISSUED : Airline service fees apply to all change transactions made after your airline tickets have been issued and after U.S. departure. : Service fees are subject to change without notice at the sole discretion of the air carrier. : Return flight changes must be requested in writing at least 14 days prior to your intended departure, but due to limited availability, changes should be made as soon as possible. : You may revise your return travel plans one time for the fees listed below. Additional revisions will be subject to a penalty of USD $125 plus any airline imposed service fees. : Flights must be available in the group fare inventory ( L class), which is very limited. : Air New Zealand has the right to charge for any tax increases and/or surcharges that are levied after your U.S. departure. : There are two types of return changes: Date Changes and Routing Changes. DATE CHANGES: If you are just making date changes (includes flights to/from any included stopover and/or included domestic addon cities) Air New Zealand imposes a service fee of $50 (local currency). To qualify as a date change you must be able to use each flight coupon exactly as printed except for the date. You must stop in the same stopover cities, connect in the same connecting cities, return to the same city in the U.S. on the same air carrier, etc. ROUTING CHANGES: If you are unable to use the flight coupons of your original ticket exactly as printed except for travel dates, you are making a routing change. All changes, except simple date changes, including (but not limited to) adding or dropping stopovers, changing connecting cities or the final destination, etc., are considered routing changes. Routing changes are allowed, within the rules of the fare, subject to an Air New Zealand service fee of $50 (local currency). This fee is in addition to the cost of any stopovers, additional taxes and/or fuel surcharges. PROCESSING YOUR RESERVATION : Group flight requests will be honored on a first-come, first-served basis. : Reservations forms may be mailed, faxed or scanned and e mailed. Phone orders are not accepted. : Please allow 2-3 weeks to process your application once we have received it. : Hobart, William Smith & Union Colleges and/or Advantage Travel are not responsible for fees incurred due to incorrect or incomplete information submitted on the reservation form, so please be as accurate as possible when filling it out. The itinerary we send will match your airline ticket exactly and penalties will apply if you need to make changes after the airline ticket is issued. : Every effort will be made to honor your flight/date requests.
