THE VENUE IS PERFECT FOR EXHIBITIONS... - THE ABTT THEATRE SHOW ALLY PALLY SUMMER FESTIVAL 2015 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Security and traffic personnel are required to be booked through Alexandra Palace and paid for by the Organiser. The staffing levels will be subject to the room(s) hired, exhibition floor plan(s), method statement, event profile and risk assessments. Staff need to be hired 1 hour pre and post your tenancy timings. All production including shell scheme is the responsibility of the Organiser. Carpet can be supplied and the following fees apply: Great Hall from 15,500 West Hall from 6,500 Outback Rigging must facilitate all rigging points. Your production/shell scheme company can contact Outback Rigging directly on 0208 993 0066. Rigging is not permitted in the Panorama Room and seminar/breakout rooms. The profile of the exhibition, event management plan, risk assessment, fire risk assessment and floor plan will need to be provided at least twelve (12) weeks prior to the event date. A Health and Safety Officer may need to be hired in by the Organiser. Insurance Cover (as per part 4, 5 and 6, clause 11, of AP contract) is to be supplied on written confirmation of your event. Public Liability insurance up to the value of 10 million will need to be provided by the Organiser. The Organiser is responsible for cancellation insurance. Room mark out time needs to take place during the hall hire tenancy. All floor plans are to be signed off by the venue prior to an exhibition going onsale to exhibitors. Shuttle Bus additional charge from 900 per 52 seater for a 10-hour period. There is free public Wifi available for your visitors to use, and dedicated Organiser s Wifi. Exhibitor Wifi is additional and our rate card is available on request. Alexandra Palace Trading Limited does not permit more than a 10% content overlap with an existing exhibition that is presently held at the venue. For electrical connections and electrical standby cover please refer to our electrical rate card (full prices on request). Alexandra Palace subscribes to the AEV E-Guide, therefore all Organisers need to adhere to all details/requirements as listed in that document, including CDM. Holding monies are required prior to tenancy. A payment schedule will be agreed with your Account Manager. Refundable holding monies will be required prior to tenancy against any final services or damages. These monies will be refunded (if not required) 14 days after the event and are subject to the room (s) and length of tenancy. The client will need to cover all PRS and or PPL charges (if required). An Organisers Manual will be provided once the exhibition has been contracted. All prices quoted in this document are exclusive of VAT and subject to change without prior notice.
