Superior Brand Aloft Hotel and Element Hotel are the chain hotels owned by Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide LLC. There are more than 100 locations for Aloft and 87 for Element across the world. Prime Destination As one of the world's most visited tourist destinations, Orlando, a tourist city with many famous theme parks and attractions, attracts over 66 million visitors each year. Adequate return The Aloft-Element project is projected to achieve an NOI of 35% each year and ADR of $149.59 and occupancy rate of 85.0% over the five years of operation. Leading Developer AD1 Global has extensive experience and relationships with industry leading hotel brands. It manages over 2,000 rooms and has over $300 million in assets. AD1 Global operates hotel brands including Marriott, InterContinental, Hilton, Wyndham, etc.
Project Introduction The ALOFT/ELEMENT HOTEL PROJECT is an undertaking to build two new 140-room boutique hotels on a site that is opposite SeaWorld Orlando, which sits on the northwest quadrant of Central Florida Parkway and International Drive. The Aloft Hotel is expected to include an aloft signature xyz bar to service both hotels. Hotel amenities would include an exercise room in line with brand standards for an upscale, select-service hotel. Guests would have access to a laundry room, vending areas, and meeting space. Element Hotel will be built as a hotel with design emphasizing natural light and open spaces. Each guest room is also expected include a fully equipped kitchen, spainspired bathroom, flexible work space, and outdoor patio.

Aloft-Element Brands Aloft is a hotel chain owned by Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide (which was acquired by Marriott International in October 2016), although it is referred to as "a vision of W Hotels". Aloft Hotels have since opened across North America and internationally. Most Aloft hotels are located in city centers or in close proximity to airports. The brand is most notable for its modern architecture design style. Element is Starwood's first brand of hotels intended to be environmentally friendly and was acquired by Marriott International in October 2016. The designs include energy and water efficient features. Element hotels are built eco-friendly from the ground up, from the floors made of recycled materials to energy-efficient lighting and plumbing fixtures.
