This makes the interface with the floor subtle and stylish. It is a pivot door hinge with a hold position at 90 and -90. FritsJurgens pivot door hinges can be used with swing doors and doors with a stop up to a maximum weight o f 500 kg and a maximum width of 2,000 mm from the pivot point to the end of the door. Can be used for door thicknesses upwards of 40 mm. FritsJurgens pivot doors are positioned between a floor plate and a ceiling plate that are fitted to the finished floor and the finished ceiling. The pivot door hinge is fitted in the door and can be adjusted in one direction up to 6 mm. All the moving parts function completely without maintenance without lubrication. The universal floor plate round 80 mm is made from stainless steel. The pivot door hinge measures (thickness x height x width) 34 x 155,5 x 160 mm for doors up to a max. of 500 kg. The recess depth in the doors is 155 mm. The pivot door hinge functions from approx. 45 degrees. The opening resistance increases progressively between 0 and 45 degrees. fritsjurgens fitting instructions 1 Determine the centre of the door. 2 Mark the pivot point of the door. (95 mm with a pivot joint of 5 mm). Upwards of a door thickness of 50mm the pivot joint has to be larger (door thickness in mm divided by 10). In this case use spacers between the template and the wall. 3 Mark the pivot point of the door to the ceiling. Pivot line of pivot door should be perpendicular (laser not supplied). 5

Hit the floor plate with a rubber hammer. 9 Mark the ceiling plate on the ceiling. Ensure that the ceiling plate is always positioned with the holes in the longitudinal direction of the closed door. 7

Apply adhesive to the ceiling plate and secure the ceiling plate. - Screw thickness at least 3.5 mm 12 Position the bottom pivot in the pre-cut hole. Try not to let the bottom pivot scrape over the base plate 21 Position the top pivot exactly under the top plate and turn the pivot pin of the top pivot.
