Awarded contract for supplemental outreach efforts on environmental clearance. Completed scoping summary report. Scoping to identify multi-modal project alternatives. NOI/NOP issued. Segment 1 (Alondra) to award in Oct. and construct in Nov. 2011. Advertise late March/early April and award in May. Start construction in June 2011. Revising alignment to avoid 96" water line, redesign Mulholland Bridge on alternative alignment, pursuing Right-Of-Way acquisitions. 5

Board to award consultant services for environmental clearance in March 2011. In procurement to obtain consultant services for environmental clearance and public participation. Anticipate award in April 2011. SCAG lead agency for Alternatives Analysis. Initial screening of Alternatives. Continuing to finish developing environmental technical reports Continuing preparation of draft environmental document. Tour of Gold Line with corridor elected officials on March 29, 2011. Metro Board approval of revised FEIR/EA April 2011 (tentative) Expo Board has selected Skanska-Rados, JV, as the recommended Best Value Design-Build Team. Completing environmental clearance on maintenance facility and historical resources. Continue aggressive value engineering. Coordinating with PE to refine alignment. Preparing FEIS/R. Continuing preparation of final environmental document. Conducting Special Geotech Studies in Beverly Hills, Santa Monica Blvd and Westwood. Finalizing agreement between Metro and BNSF Completed 85% of the final design of busway, stations, bridges, bikepath, landscaping and street improvements. 6
