November 23, 2017 SUBJECT: 2018 AVAILABLE SEASONAL CAMPSITES Thank you for your interest in seasonal camping at Parks of the St. Lawrence! If you are interested in taking part in our draw for seasonal campsites, please complete the attached Seasonal Camping Application identifying your top five preferences and submit no later than Friday, December 8, 2017 at 3:00 p.m. Only one submission per household is permitted. In cases where multiple requests for the same site are received, a draw will take place on Wednesday, December 13, 2017. All successful candidates will be notified that day. A $450.00 deposit is required to participate in the draw process. If you are not successful in securing a campsite in the draw process the deposit will be refunded. Attached is a detailed list of seasonal campsites we have available at each of our campgrounds for the 2018 season. Site details are available online https://stlaw.usedirect.com/stlawhome to assist you in identifying the specific sites that would be most suitable to your needs. Contact our Customer Service team if you have any questions. Seasonal campers can also bid for dockage space at Ivy Lea. Dockage space is allocated through a draw process each year but it is not guaranteed from year to year. 2018 SUMMARY OF PARK RULES This is only a summary of basic rules based upon the regulations and by-laws made under the authority of the St. Lawrence Parks Commission (SLPC) Act. For a complete description, please refer to this Act, Regulation 1023 and the SLPC By-Laws. These documents are available for examination at the Park Office or The St. Lawrence Parks Commission Administration Building (13740 County Road 2, Morrisburg, Ontario, K0C 1X0). The penalty for violation of the laws that apply in the Parks of the St. Lawrence parks may be eviction from the park or a fine imposed by the Courts or both. FOR YOUR INFORMATION: At time of booking, payment of all camping fees, including a non-refundable reservation fee will be charged to your credit card. All changes to and/or cancellation of your reservation will result in a fee being charged to your credit card. Changes made between campgrounds on the Long Sault Parkway are subject to a change fee. Campsite reservation cancellations are to be made eight or more days prior to the scheduled arrival at which time a cancellation fee will charged to your credit card. Cancellations/Changes made seven or fewer days prior to the scheduled arrival will result in the forfeiture of a one night camping fee plus a cancellation fee being charged to your credit card. Lodging reservation cancellations must be made 15 days or more prior to the scheduled arrival at which time the reservation fee plus 50% of the original camping fee will be forfeited. Lodging cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled arrival will result in forfeiture of both the reservation and entire camping fees. Changes to Lodging reservations made 15 days or more prior to the scheduled arrival will result in a change fee. Changes to Lodging reservations within 14 days of the scheduled arrival will result in forfeiture of both the reservation and entire camping fees. All campgrounds operated by the St. Lawrence Parks Commission have a minimum stay policy during peak periods. Please note that there are NO REFUNDS for early departures during minimum stay periods. During the 2018 season, the minimum periods are as follows: Three-night minimum stay is required during the period: May 18 to 20; June 29 to July 2 and August 31 to September 2; Two-night minimum stay is required during the period: June 22-24, July 6-8; July 13-15; July 20-22; July 27-29; August 3-5; August 10-12; August17-19; August 24-26; October 5-7. Loud Noise - Disturbing Other Persons Be considerate. Please keep the volume of your music, voices and other noises to a reasonable level. Interfering with anyone else's use or enjoyment of a park, day or night, is not only inconsiderate - it is also contrary to park regulations. Quiet hours are enforced 24 hours a day. Alcoholic Beverages Campgrounds operated by the Parks of the St. Lawrence permit the drinking of beer, wine and other spirits, but only on a registered campsite. Drinking, or the possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in any other park area is against the law. Camping and Vehicle Permits You must have a permit to camp or use your vehicle in the Parks of the St. Lawrence. A Camping Permit authorizes one vehicle and up to three pieces of shelter equipment per site. Only one tent trailer, house trailer or self-propelled camping unit, can be used in combination with two other pieces of shelter equipment, i.e. tent, dining shelter or tarp. Boat Launching/Docking Boat launching will be available on a daily basis. Boat parking will be accommodated on campsites or within a designated area (fees apply at Ivy Lea Campground). Personal docking facilities are not permitted in the campgrounds. Seasonal and transient dockage is available at some of the campgrounds for a fee. Availability is limited. Check-In / Check-Out Times Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. and check-out is at 1:00 p.m. for campsites and 11:00 a.m. for cabins, Family Lodge and tree house. Extending Your Length of Stay To extend your stay, you must renew your permit at the registration office prior to 1:00 p.m. on departure day, providing the site has no reservations. Site specific reservations do take priority. Shortening Your Length of Stay / Refund To shorten your stay, you must do so at the registration office prior to 1:00 p.m. on the day of your departure. Sales of Goods and Services Only authorized concessionaires are permitted to sell goods and services in the Parks of the St. Lawrence. Maximum Length of Stay The maximum length of stay, at one campsite, is 23 nights. Seasonal camping is available at most campgrounds. Changing Your Site In order to change sites within the same campground, you must first enquire which sites are available for your length of stay. DO NOT set up camp until your permits have been confirmed and physically changed by the park staff. Parking/Additional Vehicles A camping permit includes the parking of one vehicle per campsite. Each additional vehicle requires a permit. Vehicles may be parked in designated areas only. Every park designates a number of spaces and campsites for additional vehicles. Unlicensed Motor Vehicles, All Terrain Vehicles ATV's, off-road motorcycles or any other unlicensed vehicles cannot be used within the Parks of the St. Lawrence and on park roads. Bicycles Bicycles are allowed on roads and bike paths only. Park Resources Please help us to protect the park so that everyone may enjoy its beauty. Our parks are full of interesting and precious vegetation, wildlife, natural earth features and archeological and historical sites. Remember, it is against the law to remove or destroy anything in the Parks of the St. Lawrence. Pets Pets must be controlled and on a leash of less than two meters. Pets are not allowed in cabins, Family Lodge or Tree house. Designated dog friendly cabins are available at select campgrounds. They are also not allowed in swimming and beach areas or areas adjacent to these locations. NOTE: You must clean up after your pet at all times. Out of province visitors should confirm breed restrictions at https://www.attorneygeneral.jus.gov.on.ca/english/about/pubs/ dola-pubsfty/dola-pubsfty.php#toc_09 Campfires/Firewood Campfires are permitted in designated areas only. Never leave a fire unattended. Please be careful with fires at all times. Due to invasive insects and diseases and the harm they are causing to wooded areas NO exterior fire wood is permitted in SLPC campgrounds or properties. Limited Generator Use Limited use of generators will be permitted within the campgrounds only during the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Generators must be quiet running generators and must be enclosed in a structure or self contained in RV units. Industrial type generators are prohibited. Visiting Hours Visiting hours are between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. It is the responsibility of the permit holder to ensure that all visitors to their site and their vehicles have been registered and the day-use fee paid during these times. All visitors must leave the campground at 9:00 p.m. Only registered campers may remain in the campground after 9:00 p.m. Number of People Per Site A maximum of six people or a single family (of parents and children under the age of 18 years). Refuse Please have regard for the condition of your campsite. Deposit all of your garbage and litter in the containers provided and leave your campsite in a clean and natural state. Please recycle. Fireworks and Firearms Fireworks and firearms are prohibited in the Parks of the St. Lawrence, except by regulation. Hunting Hunting is prohibited within the Parks of the St. Lawrence, except in specific areas and seasons defined by the hunting regulations. SCHEDULE B

Swimming The waterfront is unsupervised at all Parks of the St. Lawrence. Swim at your own risk. Never swim alone or in unmarked areas or beyond the buoy lines. Use the buddy system. Watch children and non-swimmers at all times. Boating, Water-skiing, Jet-skiing, Etc. Act safely and in accordance with the regulations when boating, water-skiing, jet-skiing, etc. All water craft are forbidden in the swimming zones and in areas directly adjacent to the swimming zones. Leaving Vehicles or Boats Unattended Your vehicle or boat should never be left unlocked and unattended, except in an area designated for that purpose or by the permission of a Park Ranger of the Parks of the St. Lawrence. St. Lawrence Parks Commission is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen items of personal property. Smoking Smoking is forbidden in any Parks of the St. Lawrence buildings, 9 meters surrounding buildings and 20 meters from beaches, playgrounds and trails. ANNEXE «B»

2018 SEASONAL CAMPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS SCHEDULE C 1. A seasonal campsite authorizes the permit holder and party to occupy a campsite designated by the permit for a period that does not exceed the operating season of the park. Included in the seasonal campsite fee are two (2) seasonal vehicle permit stickers. 2. Seasonal Camper vehicle permits will be in the form of windshield stickers. All permits must be attached to the front windshield of the vehicle on the passenger side. Permits will be available at the time of registration. One boat with trailer will be allowed per site, additional boats with trailers will be subject to an additional vehicle fee. Note: Please have your vehicle come to a complete stop at the campground entrance in order to allow staff to validate your sticker. It becomes a dangerous situation, and violates Parks regulations, when vehicles pass other vehicles waiting in line at the entrance. 3. All seasonal campers shall park their camping equipment (i.e. trailer or RV) on the gravel pad where provided by the St. Lawrence Parks Commission. 4. Every person using a seasonal campsite shall at all times maintain the area in a clean and sanitary condition, and when vacating the property, every person using a seasonal campsite shall restore the campsite to its original condition, removing all personal equipment and belongings. 5. All visitors, to your site, must pay the appropriate fees, i.e. day-use fee, extra vehicle fee or a Summer Vehicle Pass fee, and abide by all park rules. 6. No person shall place or cause to be placed on a campsite more than three pieces of shelter equipment. R.R.O. 1990, Reg. 1023, s.23(1). a) One storage unit is permitted per site. This storage unit shall not be considered a piece of shelter equipment. Acceptable storage units include enclosed utility trailers and small, lockable sheds constructed of metal, wood or polyethylene, not exceeding 6 0 x 9 0 (54 sqft) in size. Please see Schedule D for complete details. b) No person shall erect any structures, i.e. docks or shelters. R.R.O. 1990, Reg. 1023, s.23(2). c) No person shall cut, remove or damage any plant, shrub or tree; deface, remove or damage any property of the Commission. R.R.O. 1990, Reg. 1023, s.2(1)(a)(b). d) Garden plantings of any kind (permanent or temporary) will not be permitted on campsites, except in a plant container that may only be erected on the permit holders own equipment, i.e. deck or awning. (Must be approved by the Park Ranger). e) Single level platforms, for the purpose of an entrance landing, shall not protrude beyond the original camping unit s manufactured canopy. f) No person shall place or erect fences and/or barriers, lawn ornaments, hot tubs or swimming pools, etc. on any property of the Commission. g) No outdoor refrigerators or freezers will be permitted. h) Any personal equipment or belongings left on the site will be removed by the St. Lawrence Parks Commission at the permit holder s expense. 7. Grass mowing by the Licensee, the Licensee s family, servants, agents and invitees of their campsite, shall be conducted Monday to Friday, (excluding holidays) between the time of 10:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Should this activity interfere with the use and enjoyment of the park by other people, other arrangements will be made through the Park Ranger to carry out this activity. All SLPC flail (Mot) and/or rotary mowers will be set so that they cut grass to a height of four (4) inches (10cm). PR Policy 4.06. 8. Due to invasive insects and diseases and the harm they are causing to wooded areas NO exterior fire wood is permitted in SLPC campgrounds or properties. Seasonal campers may purchase bulk firewood, delivered to their site, for a fee. All wood must be pre-ordered on your renewal contract. 9. The permit holder shall comply with all Terms and Conditions and Park Rules (Schedule B) made under the St. Lawrence Parks Commission Act, posted notices, Seasonal Camping Permit, and as requested by the Park Ranger. 10. The St. Lawrence Parks Commission reserves the right to rent unoccupied extended stay sites. R.R.O. 1990, Reg. 1023, s.24(4), (5) and (6). 11. Subletting or transferring of your seasonal site is not permitted. 12. Burying of electrical power cords is not permitted. Right of Option to Renew 13. A permit holder of a seasonal campsite, who is in good standing, may confirm their intention to return to their seasonal site in the next year. This option to renew is to be confirmed in writing or by email to the customer service unit of the St. Lawrence Parks Commission and a non refundable deposit of four hundred and fifty dollars ($450.00) is to be paid to the St. Lawrence Parks Commission at the time of confirmation. Seasonal sites are awarded and renewed in the name of the current holder and cannot be assigned, transferred or in any other way passed on to a third party who is not a current spouse. In the event that a permit holder or their current spouse in good standing elects not to exercise their option, or is incapable of exercising their option due to illness or death, the site shall be returned to the pool of available seasonal campsites. Payments, by the permit holder, shall be made to the St. Lawrence Parks Commission based on individual payment plans selected on your contract. Full payment of the remaining balance shall be due on March 30 of the option year. 14. The permit holder will have until December 15, 2017 to request a refund in writing, less the $450.00 non refundable deposit. The permit holder will also have from December 16, 2017 to March 30, 2018 to request a refund in writing. If the request is made between these dates, a $450.00 cancellation fee will apply in addition to the $450.00 non refundable deposit. SCHEDULE C

. The permit holder will also have from April 1 to May 18, 2018 to request a refund in writing. If the request is made between these dates, a $1000.00 (PLUS HST) cancellation fee will apply in addition to the $450.00 non refundable deposit. There will be NO refunds after May 18, 2018.

2018 SEASONAL CAMPING STORAGE BIN SÉJOUR DE CAMPING POUR LA SAISON 2018 BAC DE RANGEMENT 20175-10-19 Farran park seasonal campers who occupy a site after the hand over from South Stormont Township in 2012 must strictly adhere to the 2018 Seasonal Camping Storage Bin Schedule D. All seasonal campers pre 2012 are grandfathered to the previous regulations and are therefore exempt from schedule D.
