YOU ARE INVITED TO ATTEND THE 2004 INTERNATIONAL TELECOMMUNICATIONS SAFETY CONFERENCE AT THE GOLDEN HOTEL IN GOLDEN, COLORADO SEPTEMBER 21 23, 2004 Please join us for the International Telecommunications Safety Conference, September 21 23, 2004 in Golden, Colorado. We are expecting Safety Professionals in the telecommunications field from the United States, Canada, and abroad to attend this year s conference. This annual event is presented by the National Telecommunications Safety Panel (NTSP) and is sponsored, this year, by Qwest. This year s Planning Committee consists of Darrell Lingk from the host company; the Program Chairperson, Eddie Downey (McLeodUSA), Elizabeth Leach (AT&T Wireless), and Andy Shapiro (Qwest). The committee is busy organizing an outstanding program that will cover a wide range of safety topics of interest to EHS Professionals in the Telecommunications industry. REGISTRATION INFORMATION Attendee registration fee is $275.00 (U.S. currency), if payment is received by August 27, 2003. For payments submitted after August 27, 2004, the attendee registration fee is $325.00 (U.S. currency). The registration fee entitles you to the following: Admission to the Conference Welcome Reception Continental Breakfasts (3 days), lunches (2 days), refreshments, and Evening Outing Payment must accompany your registration form. Registrations will not be processed without payment! Due to reservation commitments, only a 50% refund will be given for cancellations after August 27, 2004. Return the completed registration form by August 27, 2004 along with your check or money order for the full amount due, made payable to ITSC or register on-line at the NTSP secure website and pay the registration fee with a credit card at: Pre-Conference Events Monday, September 20, 2004 Two optional events are available to attendees this year at the ITSC. Participate in a round of golf while networking and having fun with other Telecommunications Safety & Health professionals. The golf outing will start at 1:30PM on Monday. The annual golf outing will be at West Woods Golf Club. See attached flier for registration and transportation information. The NTSP Panel in conjunction with the National Safety Council Utility Division will be sponsoring the Certified Utility Safety Administrator (CUSA) exam at the conference on Monday. Registration for the test will be at 8:00am and the test will begin promptly at 8:30am.
