We have live and silent auctions, raffles, dancing, music, food and fun! Where: Trinity High School lobby and cafeteria (3601 Simpson Ferry Road, Camp Hill) When: Saturday, April 7, 2018 from 6:00 p.m. until 11:00 p.m. How much? $35 per adult through March 9th. Starting March 10th tickets will be $45 per adult. (This is an adult only event). Why? This event is our largest fundraiser for the school. The money raised at the event helps to reduce increases in tuition. All profits raised are directly applied to the operational expenses of the school. It is also a great way to get to know each other and have fun while helping our school. Food & Beverages: A complete dinner will again be catered by Flinchy s Restaurant. We will also have appetizers, complimentary beer and slushy machine. BYOB. Attire: You can wear whatever you d like. Our theme this year is Treasure Island. TWO LUCKY WINNERS will have the opportunity to win $2,000 off their 2018-19 tuition bill or cash through a raffle that will be drawn on the evening of the Spring Fling event. Some details regarding this raffle drawing: There is no limit to the number of tickets you can purchase. If you pre-order and pay for tickets, your tickets will be placed in the bin for you. Two employees of St. Theresa School will witness your tickets being placed in the drawing. Tickets will be sold the evening of the event. You do not need to be present to win. There will be TWO winners; each receiving $2,000 in tuition credit or cash. (Cash award will include a 1099 form). If you do not plan on attending the event, you may enter the drawing! Ahoy Mateys!! Do you have a child who wants to be Principal for the Day? There are TWO ways you can try to make that happen! The first involves winning a live auction at the Spring Fling, like the MacKavage/Noecker families did last year. Yes, you can bid as a group to win the prize for your students. The second way involves purchasing raffle tickets, with a winner being drawn the evening of the Spring Fling! Last year, the Green family won this way. The winning raffle ticket will be drawn the evening of April 7, 2018 at the Spring Fling. The child(ren) of the family whose ticket is drawn will be Principal for a Day during Spirit Week in Fall 2018. You do not have to be present to win. You can order Principal for the Day raffle tickets on the order form attached in this packet. You can order tickets online see the Spring Fling link on the front page of our school website. Tickets will also be available for purchase the evening of the Spring Fling. Private In-home Catered Dinner and Wine Tasting for 10 guests by Chef Dawson Flinchbaugh Last year, STS parents Kirk and Renee won the live auction for the private in-home dinner and wine tasting for 10 guests. They shared pictures of the event with us. They said it was a lot of fun and Chef Dawson did an amazing job! We are thrilled Chef Dawson is offering this live auction item again this year!
Highest bidder receives a one night stay at the Great Wolf Lodge with water park passes in a family suite any day of the year except New Year s Eve and a $380 Great Wolf Lodge gift card. Gift card can be used to make it a two night stay, or you can use it for food, entertainment, etc. Family Suite includes 4 people, you can increase to 6 people for additional charge.
