Under the freedom of information act is it possible provide me with the email and postal addresses of the practice managers within the NHS trust? I must advise that as independent contractors GP s are responsible for dealing with their own Freedom of Information requests. Please note that there are no Trusts within the NHS in Scotland. I hope this information helps with your request.
