Dear Conference Participants, The technical consultancy industry remains primarily responsiblee for the planning, design, delivery and maintenance of the world s infrastructure and built-environment. This makes the consultancy sector a critical player at a time when the world faces an ever-increasing demand for food, water, sanitation, shelter, health services, transportationn and energy. This fact also brings together the need and opportunity for the world engineers to collaborate and associate in order to enlargen their working fields as well as to further develop their companies. We wish that our Conference will be the beginningg of an efficient cooperation among the share holders of the construction sector; including Balkan countries technical consultants, construction contractors and equipment producers/suppliers, to effectively work together in Balkan countries and also outside the region. Sincerely Yours, Cemal AKCA President, ATCEA Dear Guests, It gives us great pleasure to invite you to Ankara at the heart of Anatolia, which is the cradle of many important and ancient civilizations.
