Description of the Ranch The Needle View Ranch is located in the Owl Creek drainage south of Padlock Rim with views of the Needles, Blue Ridge and the Owl Creek Mountains. Approximately 75 acres are flood irrigated via a series of ditches. Irrigation rights are from a 1900 Winchester Ditch Permit #507. There are three operating wells on the ranch. Stock water is provided to six frost-free Ritchie-type tanks. The ranch is divided into 4 pastures and a small enclosure located south of the home that contains fruit and shade trees.
