ENGLISH NATIONAL BALLET We advised English National Ballet in relation to its relocation to London City Island. 5 CHURCHILL PLACE L.P. We acted for 5 Churchill Place L.P. on the 208 million purchase of 5 Churchill Place at Canary Wharf and the associated 135 million financing. LEGAL & GENERAL We have advised Legal & General on the acquisition and development of various assets including the 550 million acquisition of the Hyperion Portfolio, the 200 million acquisition of a City of London office and retail building, the acquisition and forward funding of a new Waitrose distribution centre at Magna Park, Milton Keynes and the acquisition of Barking Rail Freight Terminal. LONDON RESORT COMPANY HOLDINGS We are advising London Resort Company Holdings in connection with the proposed development of the London Paramount Entertainment Resort. ARSENAL We advised Arsenal on virtually every aspect of its move from Highbury to the Emirates Stadium including the development of Highbury and the development of mixed use sites at Queensland Road to the south of the Emirates. LEND LEASE We advised Lend Lease on the development of the Stratford City Olympic Village and the associated infrastructure for the 2012 Olympics and also in respect of the retrofit for legacy. PEEL HOLDINGS We advised Peel Holdings on its 205 million secured financing over a portfolio of 53 properties. PUNCH TAVERNS We have advised Punch Taverns on a number of major acquisitions, disposals, financings, the demerger of the Spirit Group and its capital restructuring. PEMBROKE REAL ESTATE We advised Pembroke Real Estate on the acquisition of 1 Grafton Street and its financing, purchase and refinancing of 41 Lothbury and the letting and financing of 49 Park Lane. WHITBREAD We have advised Whitbread on various transactions including the acquisition of a number of hotels as part of the expansion of its Premier Inn brand and in connection with the property-backed funding of its pension fund. TAYLOR WIMPEY We acted for Taylor Wimpey on its debt restructuring and also on its real estate-backed pension funding partnership. CENTRICA We have advised Centrica in connection with the sale of various interests in offshore wind farm projects. TERRA FERMA We advised Terra Firma on the 825 million acquisition of Four Seasons Healthcare comprising more than 500 care homes. MANCHESTER AIRPORTS GROUP We advised Manchester Airports Group on the acquisition of Stansted Airport for 1.5 billion. ROPES & GRAY We advised Ropes & Gray on its new London offices at 1 New Ludgate. CLOTHWORKERS COMPANY We advise the Clothworkers Company on the development and letting of its City of London properties, including the redevelopment of 8-10 Moorgate and the redevelopment of 120 Fenchurch Street by Generali. FISHMONGERS COMPANY We advise the Fishmongers Company in connection with its property interests including the sale and leaseback of Lombard House, London EC3, the purchase of Tower Hill Wine Vaults and in connection with the sale of Sugar Quay to CPC Group.
