Faxed registrations will NOT be accepted. Page 3 Cancellations - registration fees are refundable, less a $25 Administration Fee, on written notice of cancellation emailed or faxed by September 13th, 2015. Because the Conference Committee must pay for meals and services for each delegate, no refunds are possible for cancellations less than 96 hours prior to the Conference.
