PRŽNO Tourist complex

Location wider location NARROW location Pržno the authentic fishermen village, is located within the Municipality of Budva, nearby Sv. Stefan. The complex is situated on a raised and sloped field, which provides fantastic view of the sea and the beautiful beaches of the coastline. One of the most significant buildings is hotel Maestral, located on the beach Pržno. Along with Miločer Park, Pržno belongs to a health resort, and with it s atmosphere of traditional and modern juncture, impresses visitors for many years. Good transport links of complex across the Stefan Mitrovic street from the underside of the location, provides easy communication for users, and availability of main points in the local environment. Detailed urban plan envisages the construction of a new road from the upper side of location, which further improves the value and the quality of the location. In addition to location there is extended footpath and Miločer park, that leads to the nearby beach Pržno, Kraljičina beach, Miločer, all the way to peninsula Sv. Stefan.

Urban design Pržno is a small fishermen village with its historical significance and entity. A blend of traditional architecture and elements of modern interpretation are giving this place a special atmosphere. Urban Matrix complex, inspired by the matrix house in an environment where it is clear that the houses scattered on sloped field, are in regular rectangular shape. Combined so, they are creating dynamic picture of the city with plenty of gaps, intimate squares and streets. It is on these principles that urban setting of our complex is formed, like a combination of traditional forms, elements and materials with modern aspect, in accordance with the new demands of modern society. Due to the leveling of the field objects are placed in terraces, in rectangular form, like the old Mediterranean houses. Some houses are rotated for the best use of natural resources, sunlight and wind. In that way this ensures a view of the sea, and the facilities that are in the background. Combining traditional gabled roof with flat roof terraces, users can have open choices in terms of using space toward environments that are right for their sensibilities. The setting of houses is forming a handful of semi-public squares and pregardens. The play of light and shadow, of outdoor and indoor spaces is forming a playful image of the city, where the scenes are alternating one after another by passing through a complex.
