SAMPLE ITINERARY ARGENTINA PERFORMANCE TOUR (itinerary subject to change) DAY ONE: BUENOS AIRES ARRIVAL (D) Arrive into Buenos Aires Ezeiza International Airport. Proceed with immigration and customs formalities. Meet your local Argentinean Tour Manager and board the coach. Buenos Aires is a world-class city of some 10 million people, located on the shores of the Rio de la Plata, adjacent to the Atlantic Ocean. Established in 1536, Buenos Aires has always been an important city of trade. A favored destination of European immigrants in the 19 th and 20 th Centuries, Buenos Aires often seems more European than South American. Home of the Tango and Evita, Buenos Aires is Argentina s political, economic and culture capitol. Enjoy a sightseeing tour of Buenos Aires. This tour will give you an overview of Buenos Aires history and culture as seen through its neighborhoods and historical landmarks. Stops to include the Plaza de Mayo (home of the Casa Rosada Argentina s presidential palace and the Metropolitan Cathedral center of Argentina s Catholic Church and former home of the current Pope Francis I) and Calle Florida. Lunch on own along the pedestrian-only Calle Florida in central Buenos Aires. Transfer to local hotel and check-in. Enjoy time to get settled into your rooms. Welcome Dinner as a group followed by an early night for some well-earned rest. DAY TWO: BUENOS AIRES (B,D) Performance #1 This morning, enjoy further sightseeing in Buenos Aires including a visit to the Recoleta Cemetery (final resting place of Evita Peron and one of the most opulent cemeteries in the world) and a chance to shop at the excellent Recoleta Outdoor Markets. Lunch on own in the Recoleta neighborhood. This afternoon, transfer to a local school. Group rehearsal at a local school. After the rehearsal, enjoy an Outreach Exchange Performance at a local school. Enjoy dinner and a chance to socialize with hosts. Afterwards, return to the hotel.

DAY THREE: BUENOS AIRES ROSARIO (B,L,D) Check-out of the hotel, load the coach and depart for Rosario. En route, enjoy a visit to an authentic Argentine estancia (cattle ranch). Experience the life of the gauchos (cowboys) through roping demonstrations, rides on horse-driven carts, plus folklore dancing and singing. Lunch as a group at the ranch. After lunch, continue to Rosario. Late Arrive into Rosario and check-in to a local hotel time to settle into your hotel. With a population of approximately 1 million people, Rosario is tied with Córdoba for the title of Argentina s second-largest city. Settled in the early 18th century, Rosario grew briskly in the mid-19th century as a transportation center for crops, beef and leather goods making their way to Buenos Aires for overseas export. Dinner as a group in Rosario then return to the hotel. DAY FOUR: ROSARIO (B) Performance #2 This morning, enjoy a tour of Rosario including the Plaza 25 de Mayo (and the cathedral), the Paraná Riverfront (called La Cosanera), the National Monument to the Flag and Parque Independencia (wonderful views of Rosario). : This afternoon, enjoy some free time for shopping and lunch on own in central Rosario. Depart for this evening s performance venue possibly the Teatro El Circulo (TBC or similar). Group rehearsal at tonight s concert venue. Dinner on own nearby tonight s concert venue. Enjoy time to explore the village. Lunch on own in La Cumbrecita. Transfer to this evening s performance venue possibly the Teatro del Libertador San Martín (TBC or similar).
