Security Full-time Security Guard on site at camp only entrance Must have prior notification to pick child up early Children supervised continuously by counselors, UGA faculty and staff, and UGA screened volunteers
Discipline 4-H Code of Conduct Violations may result in the child being sent home at parent expense No corporal/physical punishment allowed Please check your child s luggage

Health 4-H Medical Information and Release Form Medical situations at camp Be sure to list all medication on form, including over the counter as needed meds Medications will be collected at departure on Monday, July 9 th If you are sending medicine to camp with your child, please complete another medical form and include it in the zip type bag with the medicine
Medication Send any prescription medication in zip-type bag and clearly labeled with campers full name Do NOT mix medications in containers Include detailed instructions on Medical form (time of day, dosage, etc.) Place updated medical form in zip-type bag with all medicine.
Medication All parents please also include medications that your child can take on the Over the Counter Medical Form Tylenol, Advil, Ibuprofen etc. Pepto-Bismol and/or Mylanta Neosporin or Topical Antibiotic Anti-Itch Cream

Medication Form to accompany your child s medicine in a zip-type bag
This is how your Child s Medication should arrive at check in: Original Medicine containers should be placed in a gallon sized Ziploc-type bag with a completed 4-H Medicine Form. Child s name Place form in bag
What to Bring (Also in a handout) Comfortable clothes (for 6 days); appropriate for school Twin sheets or sleeping bag, Pillow One-piece swim suit/tee shirt to cover up Pool/Beach towel Towels & Washcloths Plastic bag for wet clothes Refillable/Reusable water bottle Daypack/Drawstring bag Lunch for Monday, disposable bags only!

What NOT to Bring FLIP FLOPS are NOT allowed at camp Cell phones, expensive cameras, electronics A lot of cash, but some for the canteen is fine (small bills are best, $30 at most) Anything that is not allowed in school
What NOT to Bring Please do not bring any expensive items to camp. Valuable items will travel at the owner s risk. The Paulding County Extension Office and Rock Eagle is not responsible for lost, broken, or stolen items.
Bathing Suits for Girls and Boys BIKINI SPEEDO-type
Departure Details We will meet at the AMC Movie Theater on HWY 278 in Hiram on Monday, July 9 at 9am. Parents are responsible for transportation for bringing latecomers to Rock Eagle 4-H Center Pack a disposable sack lunch and drink for Monday that does not need refrigeration. Do NOT put in suitcase and no coolers please. We will eat in a pavilion area when we arrive.
Arrival/Departure Organization Camper Check In- All parents must check in their child alphabetically by last name Medication Check In- Please include all medications with a completed over the counter prescription form in a Ziploc Bag Luggage- All bags needs to be labeled with duck tape with your child s name on it for easy visibility (handles work)
Return Details We will return to AMC Movie Theater parking lot around 12:00pm Friday, July 13. Please make sure you have made arrangements to pick up your camper. All parents/guardians and campers need to check out with a 4-H staff member before they leave the parking lot.
