GENERAL This guide is made for controller in AN division. Use this guide if controlling Sint Maarten (TNCM) and Curaçao (TNCF). This guide is based on ICAO and should not be used if controlling San Juan Center. GUIDE CONVENTION The phraseology will start on the next page.
