Teens from 12 to 18 years pay a fixed price 15 for all the duration of the meeting. Lodging in camp-site will be done on the municipal stadium of St Sebastien. Only the tents will be accepted on the ground. They must be brought by the participants. Lodging in hotel vill be on one or more establishments of Crozant Les Ruines (to 9 km) with sight on the Lake for 43 by night (1 or 2 people). The breakfasts will also be done on the stadium. If you could not remain until the end of this meeting, you deduct 10 by meal and people for lunch or dinner (except teens).

Plan of access By the A20 motorway left n 20 Saint Sebastien is to 330 km in the south of Paris and to 75 km in the north of Limoges.

Access map By the A20 motorway, you take exit n 20 (Eguzon, Saint Benoit of Sault). You turn right. You arrive on the turn round. You take then direction Saint Sebastien (see the blue line on the map). You will go through small villages named La Maison Seule, La Jarauderie, La Gouttejean, Le Carre. You will find these green, orange arrows and reds while entering to the various intersections to indicate the municipal stadium to you.

Rules and security instruction ART.1: Designation of the meeting 1.1 The international meeting of Renault 25 is a demonstration gathering owners and addicts R25. 1.2 This demonstration will proceed June the 23, and 24 2007 in department La Creuse (23). The place of this gathering is fixed on the municipal stadium of Saint Sebastien that will also be used as camp-site to the registered members. 1.3 This demonstration is organized in partnership with the School of Music of St Sebastien and the Magic Club "Le Secret" of Chateauroux (36). ART.2: Organizer 2.1 The organizer of this demonstration is the French Club Renault 25 domiciled: at Mr. Zickgraf, 3 Avenue Jean Villejean, 45500 Gien France 2.2 The participants state to accept this rules and instruction because of their inscription. ART.3: Allowed vehicles 3.1 The demonstration is opened for Renault 25. 3.2 All the vehicles will have to be normally registered, ensured and regulates some with the vehicle inspection. It concerns the responsibility for each volunteer to make sure that its vehicle is in a position to take part in this type of demonstration. 3.2 The organizer reserves to refuse any vehicle which it would consider dangerous. He reserves also to accept any other vehicle of all marks. ART.4: Engagement 4.1 Inscriptions open to publication of this information end on May 31, 2007 (postmark being taken) 4.2 The registration fees correspond to various options detailed in the document joint. 4.3 The inscriptions must be made only using this bulletin of inscription attached (or its model available on Internet). With each committed vehicle a bulletin must be correspond. 4.4 The inscriptions are payable by cheques (paid on a French bank) or euro order check of the Club Renault 25 French. 4.5 Each inscription will be accompanied by a photograph of good quality of ¾ front if you wish it (right to the image acquired with the Renault Club 25 French) Any change of vehicle must be meant in writing. 4.6 Any cancellation of inscription will have to be meant in writing (postmark being taken) and under the following conditions: 4.6.1 before the date of the 05.10.07: refunding from the totality of bill 4.6.2 between the 05.11.07 and the 05.31.07: refunding of the bill - 30% 4.6.3 after June 1, 2007: refunding at the discretion of the organizers on justification ART.5: The municipal stage transformed into camp-site 5.1 The town hall of St Sebastien rents the municipal stadium to the French Renault 25 Club, so that this association can receive the members wishing to choose the camp-site as lodging from June 22, 2007 starting from 04:00 pm to June 24, 2007 to 06:00 pm. 5.2 These members will have to bring tents which they will be able to install on the stadium. 5.3 The use of WC and showers will be also authorized. Organizers will have to check with the correct operation of those. The members will be able to also park the vehicles in the enclosure of the stadium, around of protection s barrier. ART.6: Publicity 6.1 No inscription (except old publicity of time) commercial or in promotional matter could be reproduced on the vehicles without prior agreement of the organizers. ART.7: General obligations 7.1 Within the framework of the demonstration, the participants will have to conform to the regulations of the highway code, with the local by-laws, like with the regulations of this rules. 7.2 On the site of the "1st international meeting of Renault 25" 7.2.1 Sale or distribution of alcoholic drinks is prohibited to the people not accredit 7.2.2 Dogs must be imperatively held leaves some. ART.8: Complaint 8.1 This demonstration proceeding with the sign of the friendship and the courtesy, each participant begins to adhere to the present rules and thus agrees to conform to the decisions of the organizers.
