The 2015 Fall Festival on Ponce is organized by the Atlanta Foundation for Public Spaces, LLC and a board of experts in various artistic disciplines. The festival will uphold the highest standards supporting the arts, and offer participating artists the environment to nurture appreciation for their skills. This event will benefit the Olmsted Linear Park Alliance as well as select local artists, chosen by the founders as a scholarship for future events. Your participation means a great deal to us, and we hope you have an enjoyable experience. PAID PARKING MAY BE AVAILABLE IN THE HARI KRISHNA LOT (1287 S. Ponce de Leon across from Springdale Park on right) FREE PARKING IS AVAILABLE ON THE SURROUNDING STREETS (1509 S. FESTIVAL POLICIES: The Festival on Ponce is a juried event. The Festival committee reserves the right to refuse exhibition of work not consistent with the quality and cohesiveness of submitted photos. Artists that do not comply with the Festival rules and regulations may be asked to leave immediately and will not be eligible for refund. All work must be original and handcrafted. The work sold in the Festival must be of the same nature and quality as the images submitted for jurying. The Festival management reserves the right to request the removal of any work that differs from images submitted and accepted, as well as any inappropriate work or display. Reproductions must be clearly identified as such. Browse bins may occupy only minimal space and must be aesthetically pleasing and not obstruct patron flow. All artwork displayed must be for sale. Artists may show work only in categories approved by the Jury. All work exhibited must be of the quality and type that is shown in images juried. Artists must be present with their work for the duration of the Festival. No commercial agents, dealers or salespeople may operate the artist's booth. Artists are responsible for collecting and paying the applicable Atlanta Sales tax (8%) to the Georgia Department of Revenue. No staking into the ground of anything at all. Pets are allowed on leashes only. No alcohol will be allowed to be brought into the Festival Area. Alcoholic beverages purchased on-site must remain on-site. Festival security will ask you to dispose of any alcoholic beverages before you exit. No glass bottles No bicycles, skate boards, roller blades, roller skates, scooters, or motorized vehicles (except wheelchairs) are allowed into the Festival area. No grills or grilling will be allowed in the Festival area. No camp tents or over night camping will be permitted in the Festival area. No staking of any kind No weapons of any kind No illegal substances of any kind All bags are subject to search by Festival security The Festival reserves the right to decline admittance to anyone who violates the reasonable policies established for public safety. All participants hereby and forever discharge the Festival on Ponce, Atlanta Foundation for Public Spaces and all sponsors and volunteers, of and from all manner of action, suits, damages, claims and demands whatsoever in law or equity from any loss or damage to the undersigned's property while same is being loaded unloaded, shown or judged or other assistance rendered by AFFPS, it's staff or it's volunteers at the Festival on Ponce. Participants agree that they have read the entire application and all the regulations and agree to abide by them. Participants consent to the enforcement of Festival on Ponce rules as printed in this application and other materials.
