To request a travel ticket or make a reservation contact your travel agency. Try to submit your travel request with sufficient time in advance: 7 days for national trips and 14 days for international ones. Ensure to copy your supervisor/manager on your travel request. - Visas, passports and health precautions for each country. Consult your travel agency about how to manage your visa, they will tell you what you need to do. It's also important to make sure your passport is valid and in date - check the details! DO YOU NEED TO GET ANY VACCINATIONS? Bear in mind that in some countries it may be necessary to take certain health precautions. Before you travel check the International SOS website - download the app or call by phone - to find out about requirements and obtain advice for the country that you are visiting, including any vaccinations or health precautions that may be required.
