Please read the full terms and conditions (PDF File) How to Book Booking forms are completed via the online booking system on our website, we can also email a booking form or alternatively make a phone booking and we will complete the form for you. Please note As part of our booking terms we request that the location be clear of any debris or obstructions and is easily accessible for our vans. There needs to be a convenient site to unload the heavy equipment. Strictly no dogs or animals (other than guide dogs) are permitted in any tent.

Payment Details Upon receipt of your booking we require a 25% deposit. The remaining full balance as well as a damaged deposit of 50.00 per tent must be received 2 weeks before the event. The security deposit will be refunded within 7 working days as long as there has been no damage to the tent and equipment on collection. Bookings received less than 14 days in advance of arrival will require payments in full to be sent along with the booking form. The Luxury Tent Company can accept payment by BACS, Cheque and Pay pal, please see the enquiry booking form for full details. If you wish to cancel your booking once you have paid your initial deposit, please notify us immediately by notice in writing. In these circumstances any contract will be rendered void and your initial deposit is nonrefundable. b. If you cancel once the full payment of the tent hire has been made, we The Luxury Tent Company will be unable to return any monies. However, if we are able to re-book the tent for another available date with The Luxury Tent Co this can be considered at the discretion of The Luxury Tent Company. c. If the balance of the hire payment is not received by the specified date on the booking confirmation form (25 days before the commencement date) your hire booking will be automatically treated as cancelled or unless a replacement/ alternative payment has been agreed. d. In the event of The Luxury Tent Company being unable to provide the service due to a cancellation of an event/ festival through no fault of our own, for example extreme or adverse weather conditions, or other causes outside the control of The Luxury Tent Company the same cancellation policies will apply. Clients are expected to take out their own insurance against any such possibilities. The Luxury Tent Company cannot accept any responsibility or liability for losses or other costs incurred as a result. In this situation The Luxury Tent Company we will work with you to offer alternative dates, where possible.

e. The Luxury Tent Company reserves the right to cancel your hire booking at any time. In the unlikely event of this happening, a full refund will be made to you. The Luxury Tent Company will not accept any liability or responsibility for losses or any other costs incurred as a result of the cancellation. Additional information The Luxury Tent Company uses Air mattresses or foam mattresses, depending on number of tent bookings. The Luxury Tent Company is not responsible for any damaged or deflated air beds whilst on hire. These are all inspected before hire and is the hirer s responsibility whilst on hire.
