This model provides multiple services to offer patients a one-stop-shop experience for their healthcare needs. The MO is a single story building of 20,600 gross sf and will provide services of Primary are (P), Urgent are (U), mployee ealth (), Imaging, Retail Pharmacy with drive through window, and Lab ollection and Testing Vehicles will enter the site from the north from a shared entry drive with the property to the north as defined by an easement. Patient parking will be at the east portion of the site and staff parking in the south and southwest portions. The site will accommodate 5 cars.
