Dear Cub Scout Leader, Your packet contains much more information then the brochure that went out to the scouts, so please be sure to share the information in the packet with your Pack; the parents might be interested to know some of the information in it. 2014 is shaping up to be an exciting year for program activities in the Suwannee River Area Council. This year we are proud to offer 2 different Day Camps to better suit the needs of your pack. There will be a council Day Camp at Wallwood and this year we will be having Ponce De Leon Day Camp at Maclay Gardens. Your pack can choose to either of the camps or even both camps! Just like last year, the pack will register together. The sooner your Pack gets their registration in, the less money they have to pay and so it would benefit them to let you know as soon as possible whether or not they want attend day camp. Also, make sure you pick a good pack representative to be the recipient of all the advancement records after camp. Lastly, please encourage your scouts to attend. A great experience at day camp will carry them through the summer and keep them energized for the fall! We appreciate your help with this. See you there!
