LOCATION Hubr Don Ramon is in the heart of the Barrio de Salamanca, next to the golden mile, where you will find plenty of shops, restaurants and leisure areas. It is the most exclusive and safe area of Madrid. Pl. del Marqués de Salamanca It is very near the Retiro Park, the green lung of Madrid and the favorite place of many people to practice sport in the open air. The residence is perfectly communicated by Metro and bus with the main universities of Madrid. There is also a public service point for rent electric bicycles Bici Mad very nearby. ACCOMMODATION offers single and double rooms, some with terrace, with a total of 189 places. Our rooms are new and modern and have full. The room is prepared and ready for your arrival, with everything you need. The building has more than 5,000 m 2 divided in public areas super modern, cozy and functional, a terrace on the seventh floor and the rooms. SERVICES We introduce you HUBR Don Ramón de la Cruz, where you will spend much time with your friends. We have created a super homely, modern and functional environment so that you can study, eat, relax and have fun. Internet: You will always have a high-speed internet connection, both Wifi and cable, which will be essential for your academic work and your social life. Air Condicioner: All rooms of the building are equipped with a sophisticated system of air conditioning and heating, which you can adjust as you like. Lunch in the restaurant: You can choose between half board (20 tickets for breakfast or snack) and 20 meal tickets and full Board (20 tickets for breakfast or snack) and 40 tickets of lunch or dinner, so that you can organize yourself with an offer of varied and appetizing foods, in a really comfortable place. We can also prepare your take away food if you can not come to the residence. CCTV cameras: We have a system of CCTV cameras so that you feel safe at any time. Gym: This is the place where you will get fit and will free up tensions. Use it often, you will feel better. Reception: At the reception of the residence you will find someone 24 h / day and it will serve as a meeting point to stay with friends. Common Areas: You can hang out in the most comfortable and colorful building areas. In addition, you will have at your disposal our terrace with views to Madrid. Cleaning: We have daily cleaning service for the common areas of the building and, once a week, rooms are cleaned and the bed linen and towels are changed. Print Service: All residents have multifunction printer available to print his works and sketches, with very affordable prices. Laundry: On the floor -2 you will find the laundry with washing machines and dryers available throughout the day so you can do the laundry when better come. Parking for Bicycles: You can book the place for your bike in the parking lot of HUBR, which is located inside the residence. RESTAURANT Hubr Don Ramón de la Cruz offers a new concept of restaurant service. We want you to feel like home and enjoy your meal time, so you can organize a range of varied and appetizing meals, and if you have any intolerance allergy, please let us know and we will offer you a menu that suits you. In addition, we offer take away service for those days that you won t be around. Rates Chosen meal plan You can choose between half board or full Board, but beware! In Easter and Christmas holidays there won t be dining service. Our menu is very varied, we are sure you will find everything you like! The schedule will be from 07.00 to 22.30 hours. Opening of the restaurant: Monday-Friday: breakfast, lunch and dinner. Saturday: Brunch. The Brunch will be equivalent to 1 breakfast and 1 lunch. Sunday: dinner. PROCESS APPLICATION FOR ADMISSION The deadline for submission of applications is already open, so if you want to be part of the family, you re on time! We opened in January 2018. 1. Send us your application. 2. We will call you by phone and will resolve any doubts that you may have. We will inform you of the documentation and payment procedures. 3. Sign in and make the payment. Once the payment has been made and the documents has been delivered, booking will be OK and we will begin to prepare for the day of your arrival. We remind you that you can visit the residence throughout the year, just ask for an appointment and we will show it to you delighted. The renewal term will be from 1 to March 30 and the application deadlines for new places will be from January to April, or until complete existences. The payment of the reservation of the place is, at the same time, the deposit, 500. East is the only payment you must make to confirm your place, the following will be those corresponding to the monthly payments that you are with us. Documentation to deliver: Copy of identity card/passport. Copy of registration or application for tuition for college or study center. Lodging contract with information of payment and guarantee form.
