GIFT WRAPPING SERVICE Subject to these terms and conditions, the gift wrapping service provided by Heathrow Airport Limited (*Heathrow*) (registered number 01991017) is available to all passengers and staff airside in any Heathrow terminal from 16 th November 2015 to 3 rd January 2016 inclusive. Gift wrap is either limited to two gift boxes or two gift bags or one gift box and one gift bag per passenger [during the period specified in clause 1]; item(s) can either be boxed or bagged on request (subject to availability) and will be presented with tissue paper and ribbon. Items to be gift wrapped must be purchased in one or more of Heathrow Airport s concessions (retailers and/or food &

beverage outlets) on a single day during the period specified at clause 1 above to be entitled to gift wrapping, which will be free of charge. If passengers or staff require the gift wrapping service for items not bought at airport concessions, this can be paid for at 5 (or the specified currency alternative) per gift box or gift bag (subject to availability). If passengers or staff are paying for the gift wrapping service, all major currencies that are accepted by Travelex can be used, a conversion rate for each currency is available from staff at the gift wrap counter. Coins can only be accepted in pounds sterling. Coins from other currencies cannot be accepted. Currency rates are set by Travelex at the start of the period and will remain fixed throughout the duration of the campaign. No change can be given. Exchanges and refunds of the gift wrapping service are at the discretion of the gift wrapping service personnel. This is a cash only service. Credit and debit cards cannot be accepted. All proceeds will be donated to Oxfam with the charity receiving 100% of the income received. Gift wrapping is not available for all items. Due to size restrictions of the gift boxes and gift bags, only purchases measuring up to 420mm x 130mm x 310mm can be wrapped. Items that are awkwardly shaped may not be able to be gift wrapped. Any liquid items in STEBs (security tamperevident bags) can be gift-wrapped but must remain in the STEBs at all times until reaching the final destination to avoid having purchases confiscated by security. Heathrow is not liable for any damage caused to items during gift wrapping or for any confiscations, inconvenience or damage caused to gift wrapped items during transportation and security searches. The gift wrapping service is subject to availability. Heathrow reserves the right to limit usage and cancel the gift wrapping service at its discretion. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. SHOPPING SERVICES Home Delivery Only available to passengers travelling within the E.U. (including the UK). Free delivery is available when registered Heathrow Rewards card holders spend 300 or more and present their Heathrow

Rewards card at time of purchase. Free delivery is available to non-heathrow Rewards members when they spend 500 or more. The purchaser is required to give complete delivery details at time of purchase including a full UK postcode and contact telephone number for the recipient. Heathrow cannot be responsible for undelivered items when the correct delivery information has not been provided. Heathrow Rewards members must present their card at the time of purchase. Delivery offer is for up to three items purchased in a single transaction in any Heathrow store. Maximum weight is 20kg per delivery. Maximum insurance liability is 2000 per delivery. Deliveries will be made within 3-5 working days of purchase and are only available to UK mainland residential addresses. A signature will be required at the destination address as proof of receipt. Three delivery attempts will be made, if the delivery is unsuccessful after this time, the goods will be returned to us and we will contact you to make new arrangements for delivery. Heathrow Rewards See https://rewards.heathrow.com/web/lhr/terms-and-conditions Heathrow Shopper Promise The Heathrow Shopper Promise is operated on behalf of retailers by Heathrow and is in addition to your statutory rights under English Law. Any disputes will be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts. Heathrow's liability in relation to any claim is limited to the purchase price of the product being returned. Heathrow does not accept responsibility for faulty products. Heathrow will (upon receipt) return these to the retailer on your behalf and will contact you to advise you where the goods have been sent and to give you the contact details of the retailer. You should then contact the retailer direct regarding the faulty products. Please note that the Heathrow Shopper Promise does not apply to and therefore no refunds, exchanges or otherwise will be available for the following: 1. Products which are not returned in the same condition as sold 2. Liquid products e.g. fragrance, cosmetic products, liquor etc. returned from outside of the UK

3. Lithium batteries and items containing defective lithium batteries returned from outside of the UK (due to UK postal restrictions) 4. Lithium batteries contained in equipment (e.g. re-chargeable batteries found in electronic devices) returned from outside the UK. Certain products can be returned subject to adhering to the technical instructions for the safe transport of products by air, please refer to the CAA website (www.caa.co.uk) for further information. 5. Earrings (unless faulty) 6. Headphones and in-ear headphones (unless faulty) 7. Swimwear and underwear without the hygiene protection strip or labels attached (unless faulty) 8. Bespoke or specially ordered items, personalised items, or items altered or adjusted after the sale (including watch straps) 9. Any purchase and/or any upgrade carried out at Heathrow of any mobile telephone and/or accessories 10. Airtime (time tracked by your service provider to determine your billing costs, including without limitation making/receiving calls, SMS email and faxing) whether in connection with mobile phone purchases and/or upgrades or otherwise 11. Cover plans or insurance policies taken out to cover product breakdown, loss, damage, wear and tear, repair 12. Products sold by a retailer which has become insolvent since the sale; or 13. Travel insurance policies. Please note that this exclusion does not affect your statutory rights (nor should it affect any rights which you may have pursuant to any contract which you may have with the relevant retailer at Heathrow). If you have any comments concerning such contract you should make direct contact with the relevant retailer. Please note further that the Heathrow Shopper Promise does not apply to any cancellation fee or any other charge made if there is a termination or cancellation of a contract between you and the relevant retailer and therefore no payment or otherwise will be made in respect of such cancellation fees or charges. Heathrow does not accept any responsibility for items posted but not received by Heathrow. In all cases, you are strongly recommended to insure any products which you return for their full value. Heathrow does not accept liability for any products lost or destroyed in the postal system.

If payment for the product was made (in part or in full) by a Heathrow shopping voucher, any refund will be made in the same method. If Heathrow Rewards points were awarded on products purchased and purchases are subsequently refunded, the Heathrow Rewards points earned will be deducted from your account. If you request a refund under the Heathrow Shopper Promise, Heathrow reserves the right to refuse such a request and/or to require further information in relation to such request in order to establish the validity of the claim.
