Commonwealth of Dominica Office of the Maritime Administrator TO: SUBJECT: PURPOSE: APPLICABILITY: ALL SHIPOWNERS AND OPERATORS OF MERCHANT VESSELS FEE SCHEDULE REVISION The purpose of this notice is to notify of the release of the new Dominica Fee Schedule for Vessel and Mariner services. This Policy Letter applies to all vessels and mariners certified under the Commonwealth of Dominica Flag. General The Commonwealth of Dominica International Ship Registry has reviewed and made amendments to the Fee Schedule (CDVR-1002). The costs of services provided to clients was thoroughly reviewed while making these amendments. The amendments to the fee schedule include, but are not limited to: 1. Annual Service Fees; 2. MarCas Fees (minimum and maximum fees now apply); 3. Fees for Individual Certificates; 4. Authorizations/Exemptions/Special Considerations; 5. Lay-Up Fees; 6. Safety and Security Related Documents and Changes; 7. Ownership Details; 8. Foreign Maritime Entity Registrations (NEW); and 9. Maritime Labour Convention Inspections and Certification. 1 of 6
