2018 Resident Statement Data Dates Yardi data, such as resident balances, is provided to each Utility Provider at the end of business of the day listed below, typically around 6pm CST. This data is provided on this date each month so that resident statments are as up to date and accurate as possible before being mailed out to residents. Also, please remember that additional data, such as occupancy and number of occupants, are sent to Utility Providers on or around the 7th of each month, or the next business day, (M-F) for them to compute the utility charges. It is very important that all move-in and move-out information is correct as of that day each month. Associates may utilize vacation time, personal time, or make up the time during the remainder of the work week. Closed = On-call emergency staff Skeleton Crew = Minimum coverage If an associate works on a holiday, they may take an alternate day off within that pay period depending on business needs. If the associate is non-exempt, they will be paid time and a half for any hours worked on the actual holiday. If the associate normally has the holiday off, they may either take an alternate day off that week or receive the holiday pay in addition to their regular pay. All schedules are subject to management approval depending on business needs. Associates on leave and not actively at work will not receive holiday pay. We expect leasing offices to have Skeleton Crew coverage on Dec. 24th and 31st. It will be up to the Community Directors and your Regional Manager to arrange the schedules so all associates will be able to enjoy time off for the holidays while still maintaining the operations and needs of the community.
