IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR STAR CRUISES RATES: All rates are in Indian Rupees & based on per person on twin sharing basis. Infant rates are 25% of adult twin sharing rates and are applicable for passengers below 2 years of age if they are 3rd / 4th passengers in cabin. occupancy rates are 150% of twin sharing. Above rates are subject to change without prior notice. PASSENGER DETAILS: At the time of booking, we require the following passenger details: 1. Passport Number (passport must have at least 6 months validity from the return date of sailing) 2. Full Name of passenger only as per passport & date of birth 3. Date of issue of passport and Date of expiry of passport 4. Nationality 5. Other special information / requirements PASSPORT & VISA DETAILS: Passport must be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the return date of sailing. Any passenger without the necessary visa will not be allowed to board the cruise and will be considered a NO SHOW (100 % cancellation fee). Malaysia visas have to be obtained before leaving the country. Indian nationals require Entry Brunei visa for 3 nights sailing, and the same can be applied on board via Star Cruise. Visa on arrival fee is Malaysian Ringgit (RMY) 65/- per person per application. The fees would be collected from pax onboard. Passengers denied boarding by local immigration authorities due to improper documents are not entitled to a refund. PAYMENT POLICY: Full Payment to be made in INR at the time of booking for all cruises. AMENDMENT POLICY: INR 1000/- amendment fee will be applicable for any changes to bookings after confirmations have been given i.e. Change in name, change of cruise departure date, Swapping pax/ rooming list downgrading of cabins, change of Vessel, Down sell itinerary, etc. This charge does not include cancellation fee. 100% cancellation fee will be applicable for change in down sell of itinerary & cabin category, 7 days or less before departure. This is applicable for cruise length more than 1 night. Postponement of cabin is allowed once & should be within 06 months of original booking date. No cooling period applicable for postponement of cabins. Prevailing rates will be applicable for changes of departure date. No amendment charge is levied for the upgrading of cabins. No amendment charge shall be levied for up sell of itinerary provided that the original sailing date remains the same Add on passengers in the same cabin will be charged at original rates Change of all passengers in the original cabin will be treated as cancellation and prevailing rates will be applied for new booking. Cancellation fee will be based on cancellation policy. For 1 Night CNW (High Seas) cruises 100% cancellation fees will be applicable for change of cruise departure date 5 days or less before departure.
100% cancellation fee will be applicable for any changes or amendments for Super Peak Season e. Charismas & New Year period sailing. For split of cabin, the new cabin will be considered as new booking at prevailing rates. Application for waiver of cancellation charges levied on grounds of medical concern are required to be submitted with relevant and sufficient supporting within 30 days of date of application for cancellation or the same will not be entertained at a later stage. Also 100% cancellation charges will be levied for name change within 7 days prior to departure i.e. no name change is permitted.
