Exhibitors Unloading FOR UNLOADING ONLY, access to the Palais des Congrès can be made per two areas: The fireman way (at the back of the Palais) which give you a direct access to the freight elevator in case of large volume unloadings (See attached plan below). The basement (level -1) with two elevators with direct access to the exhibition floor (See attached plan below). Elevators are 3m x 2m with a height of 2,60m. WARNING, those two access are available only for unloading and NOT FOR PARKING. Please contact the coordination if you need to use those access. For persons who don t have many things to unload, the access to the Palais can be made per the main entrance. Trolleys are available.
Delivery on Stand Important informations The Palais des Congrès is able to accept deliveries from Monday September 3 rd 2018. Hours: 09:00-12:30 / 13:30-17:00. All deliveries must be clearly marked with all the information asked on the document in annex (to print and to stick on each package). Without those information, and before the authorized delivery date, the Palais des Congrès reserves the right to refuse deliveries and their storage. The Palais des Congrès reserves also the right to remove and transport to the public garbage facility any object left by exhibitors on stand after the exhibition. Delivery is made under the responsibility of the exhibitor; the Palais des Congrès d Antibes Juan les Pins cannot be responsive in any way. Access to the Palais via the main entrance.
