INVITATION MESSAGE It gives me great pleasure to invite you to participate in this Joint- District AGM and Fellowship Weekend. This is an annual event organised for you to meet up with friends from the other Clubs in District 330 and District 331 and at the same time participate in your respective District Annual General Meeting. I would especially like to urge those members who have yet to attend the District AGM and Fellowship Weekend to do so. You will be amazed by the bond of friendship that exists among us even though we are from different Clubs and Districts, and how easily new friendships are forged. To the regulars, it will be a pleasure to see you again. We have chosen the theme Jungle Safari for our Fellowship Evening and we hope that each Club will contribute a stage performance, be it a short sketch, a dance routine or even a recital of a poem etcetera, based on the theme. However, should your Club prefer not to base your performance on this theme, this is also acceptable. The main objective of this Fellowship Evening is to have lots of fun! For the Banquet Night, we have chosen the theme Unique & United International Zest. We hope to get members to dress up in traditional costumes (not necessarily our own) of different countries unique in appearance, yet united under the umbrella of Inner Wheel. On Sunday morning, there will be a training session before the closing ceremony. Several topics relevant to all members have been chosen by the Organising Committee and we are certain all of us will greatly benefit from this training. With this brochure, we have also enclosed for your convenience, forms pertaining to your accommodation during this event and exciting tours which you may like to join in. Finally, we have also taken the liberty of enclosing an advertisement form for the Souvenir Magazine to be produced in conjunction with this event.
