CHISINAU AIRPORT ID CARD Chisinau Airport is the biggest and main airport of Moldova (lata : KIV, ICAO : LUKK), Eastern Europe; Location -14 km south of Chisinau; Area -480 ha; Terminal -built in 1970 and upgraded in 2000; Processing capacity -1.2 M passengers/year; Open 24/7; Concrete Runway 08-26: length of 3,590 m and a width of 45 m; Runway strength-pcn 59/R/B/X/T; Taxiway system- with taxiways A1, A2, B1, B2, C1, C2, D and E; Aprons area -with aircraft parking places, cargo/passenger pads, small repair and maintenance area, aircraft de-icing area, fire fighting station, etc.; Category 4C; Emergency protection Services Level 6; Aircraft parking stands 33. EQUIPMENT AND TRAINING FOR EMERGENCY Airport Fire-Fighting category Chisinau Airport is classified as category 6 as per Annex 14 ICAO and Airport Service manual Part 1, Firefighting. The existing equipment meets the requirements of category 7. The rescue team encompasses one ambulance, one medical kit, one technical kit and one emergency operation centre. The fire fighting team consists of two new and three old fire fighting trucks. PASSENGER FLOW FORECAST Passenger movements are estimated to record 1.3 million in 2014, representing an average annual growth of 7.4%p.a between 2008 and 2014. In 2025 KIV is estimated to handle almost 2.7 million passengers, representing an average annual growth of 6.7%p.a between 2014 and 2025

II Modernization II Project Modernization of the Chisinau Project Airport loan of EUR 45.5 mln + grant of EUR 1.75 mln for technical cooperation funds for assistance with the preparation of the Airport Master Plan and for Project Implementation Assistance and Supervision Services contributed by EU s Neighbourhood Investment Facility to refinance EUR 6.5 mln credit of the Airport, offered by the local bank for the implementation of the Integrated Security System to finance the rehabilitation and upgrade of the Airport infrastructure and related equipment.

Main components of the Chisinau Airport Modernization Project II: reconstruction and extension of the airside facilities including: - runway - taxiways -apron refurbishment and modernisation of aviation ground lighting, including apron power supply and installation of stationary aerodrome power supply for aircrafts; electrical equipment modernisation of the transformer substations and modernisation of the drainage system procurement of aerodrome equipment
