St. Lucia Supermarkets & Pharmacies Consolidated Foods Ltd. dominates the food retail landscape in St Lucia. CFL operates nine Super J IGA supermarkets (in convenient locations around the island), 1 GL Foods supermarket and a 50,000 sq. Ft. Club Store called Mega J. More recently through its subsidiary CFL SVG Holdings the company acquired the operational contract for Save A Lot store in St. Vincent and also operates two Super J IGA supermarkets in that island.
