If you want to arrange your own flights, please feel free to do so. If you have frequent flyer miles, credit card points or airline credit vouchers Kristin is NOT able to book your flight. You must do so on your own. $150 per person deposit is due at time of booking. Deposit is non-refundable unless insurance is purchased. Determine if you want travel protection. Inquire with Kristin for an insurance quote. Insurance must be purchased at the time of booking. If you do NOT purchase insurance, you will be subject to all cancellation fees and penalties from the resort and airline in the event your travel plans change. See below for Cancellation Penalties. How many people can be in a room? Depending on the room category, the rooming options accommodate a variety of options. In order to finalize a booking, ALL guests in the room must be ready to place their non-refundable deposit of $150 per person (unless insurance is also purchased, then the cost of insurance is due at the time of booking as well) and this information has to be provided for each guest at the time of booking. ---FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS--- Currency: USDs are accepted in Mexico so there is no need to exchange your currency. Clothing: Some restaurants require men to wear long pants (jeans count as long as no holes), shirt with collar (no t-shirts) and closed toe shoes (tennis shoes count). Airport: You must arrive at the airport two hours prior to flight departure time. Weather: The month of November is a great time to travel to Riviera Maya. Average temp is 80 degrees. Please keep a close watch on airline time changes. We strongly recommend purchasing the travel insurance just in case to avoid cancellation penalties. Passport: Go to your local post office and request passport forms, instructions will be provided. It takes approx. 4-8 weeks for processing (can be longer). Cost is approximately $130. Passports can be expedited for an additional fee. Frequent Flyer: In the event you would like to use your frequent flyer miles you will need to contact the airline directly but make sure you email Kristin at Beach Bum Vacation your flight itinerary so she may arrange for your airport transportation to & from the resort.
