INTRODUCTION City trips, especially in Europe, are still the number one travel activity. However not everybody can afford the production of their own brochures. With DynaPack ONLINE you will advance to an online tour operator. Our internet booking engine collects the cheapest available air fares, hotel rooms and extra services from several sources. It calculates the total amount for the whole travel duration for transport, accommodation, extra services and tax. The total price per person is already displayed on the first page. The entire online reservation for all services such as flight, hotel and extras is done in one single work flow. The agent will receive the flight PNR in the GDS queue and the accommodation reservation in the hotel booking system. The fulfillment is identical with any other individual offline reservation. Air fares: DynaPack ONLINE searches various flight sources parallel including the published IATA fares from the GDS, negotiated air fares from your air broker. and low cost carrier fares from our partner Travelfusion. All available fares will be shown and can be selected from the traveler. You have the choice of one of the following GDS: Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, Worldspan Hotel supplier: We have XML interfaces to ExclusivelyHotels (100 000 hotels), GTA (60 000 hotels) and Hotelbeds (50 000 hotels) offering accommodation worldwide in all categories. Extra services: Extra services such as transfers, city tours, event tickets etc. can be booked via the hotel supplier interfaces or they can be loaded and managed via our own extra service administration tool. Online booking: The reservation processes for all suppliers are done in one singular work flow. During the whole reservation process only the total amount for flight and hotel will be shown. This allows you to add your own calculation schemes. ROOM SELECTION AND HOTEL DETAILS Room selection ( right): For each hotel all available room offers will be listed. After the traveler has selected a specific room the page focus will go up to the mini basket and the total price will be automatically recalculated. The prices are shown per person and for the total package including the selected transport and taxes. Hotel details ( left): All hotel details are shown in the same window. The descriptions, photos and the map can be open via the corresponding tabs. For easier comparison several hotel details can be open at the same time.
FILTER AND SORT OPTIONS Various filter and sort options are available. The selected filter will always be applied to the hotel list and the map overview of all hotels. Filter ( left): Multiple filters can be selected at the same time: - Price - Hotel reviews from Tripadvisor or Zoover - With or without breakfast - Recommended hotels or bestseller - Hotel category - Hotel name - Hotels near attractions Sort: The offers can be sorted ascending or descending by price, hotel name, hotel category and hotel reviews. Map overview ( right): The selected filters apply also to the map overview for all hotels. The available hotels and the attractions are shown. With mousover the details for each marker are displayed and the required hotel can be selected directly from the map page.
FLIGHT SELECTION AND CONNECTIONS On the flight selection page, additional flight connections, different schedules and/or booking classes of the same airline and/or other carriers are listed. Only the additional cost for the individual flight connections are shown. After a new flight has been selected the new package price is calculated automatically.
EXTRA SERVICES BOOKINGS AND ADMINISTRATION Book extra services: Extra services such as transfers, city tours, event tickets etc. can now also be booked directly via DynaPack. Display and selection are similar to the hotel offers and the selected services will be automatically added to the mini basket and the total package price will be recalculated accordingly. Administration for extra services: Now you can also load your own extra services with our administration tool. They can be loaded in several languages and you can also define if a service is only available at certain dates and for individual travelers or only for whole group.
PASSENGER DETAILS AND BOOKING The price calculation shows the total amount for the accommodation including the transport and extras. Taxes and insurances are listed individually. The traveler has to enter his personal data and the payment details only once. DynaPack ONLINE is then creating individual reservations for each service in the back ground. On the email confirmation to the customer only the total amount for hotel, flight and extra services is shown, but on the copy to the travel agency the price details are listed individually.
