The EBRD s Green Economy Transition initiative In 2006 the Bank adopted the SEI (complemented later by SRI and GET) as a key strategy: to mainstream across the Bank s operations, and to increase the share of Bank business represented by measures which enhance the efficient use of energy and resources (water, materials) and contribute to the mitigation of, and adaptation to, climate change. Primeri nedozvoljenih usluga Aktivnosti prodaje, marketinga, uvoza ili izvoza Savetovanje u oblasti prava, ljudskih resursa, knjigovodstva, poreza i informacionih tehnologija Izrada poslovnih planova i strategija, analiza troškova, opše poslovno savetovanje Druge aktivnosti koje pruža neistraživačko-razvojni sektor inovacionivauceri.ebrd.rs 21

Istraživačko-razvojne organizacije Početna lista sadrži 46 pružalaca usluga istraživanja i razvoja Druge organizacije uključujući i preduzeća mogu se prijaviti za pružaoce usluga u okviru programa Fizička lica ne mogu pružati usluge Jedno preduzeće može biti ili korisnik vaučera ili pružalac usluge, a ne oboje čak ni za različite projekte inovacionivauceri.ebrd.rs 21

Životni ciklus projekata Istraživačko-razvojni projekti u okviru programa prate ciklus od 5 faza inovacionivauceri.ebrd.rs 21

Prijava Jednostavna i administrativno laka Popuniti prijavni formular (do tri strane) i poslati na inovacionivauceri@ebrd.rs Osnovne informacije o preduzeću i unapred izabranom pružaocu usluga Rukovodilac programa može pomoći preduzeću u izboru odgovarajućeg pružaoca usluga istraživanja i razvoja Kratak opis planiranih usluga istraživanja i razvoja sa jasnim opisom dopinosa resursnoj efikasnosti Prvi poziv za prijave otvoren od 5. decembra 2017. i traje do 31. januara, 2018. inovacionivauceri.ebrd.rs 21

Ocenjivanje i odobrenje Prijave ocenjuje i projekte odobrava EBRD Potencijal za resursnu efikasnot Inventivni nivo Mogućnost korišćenja očekivanih rezultata projekta u drugim kompanijama/sektorima/industrijama inovacionivauceri.ebrd.rs 21

Implementacija Preduzeće i pružalac usluge pripremaju i potpisuju ugovor za usluge istraživanja i razvoja koji sadrži i projektni zadatak EBRD priprema i potpisuje sa preduzećem ugovor o dodeli vaučera Odobreni projekat treba da traje do 6 meseci Rukovodilac programa nadgleda realizaciju projekta inovacionivauceri.ebrd.rs 21

Završetak Dobijeni vaučer se isplaćuje preduzeću nakonuspešnogzavršetka projekta i nakon što preduzeće isplati usluge u celosti Završni izveštaj i račun za usluge istraživanja i razvoja priprema pružalac usluga i dostavlja preduzeću Potvrdu da su usluge završene, dokaz o isplati usluga i popunjenu anketu priprema preduzeće i dostavlja EBRD-u zajedno sa završnim izveštajem i računom za usluge inovacionivauceri.ebrd.rs 21

Evaluacija U cilju merenja rezultata programa i planiranja budućih poziva za prijave EBRD može posetiti preduzeće nakon završetka projekta Procena da li su rezultati projekta primenjeni kao i njihov uticaj na poslovanje preduzeća inovacionivauceri.ebrd.rs 21
