Ground Operations Manual Page 7 12.1.2 Load Planning Condor B767-300 (76C) Procedure As a standard load all cargo, mail and baggage onload in the aft hold (compartments 3, 4 and 5) in order to reach an economic trim. The standard loading positions for LD-2 catering containers (DPE) and the loading of bulky bags into the Bulky Baggage Container (BBC) are not affected by this rule. A different loadplanning due to operational reasons (e.g. trim, max. loads) is permitted. For detailed information about the ULDs refer to chapter 7 - Aircraft Handling, Unit Load Devices (ULD). For detailed information about the locking system refer to: chapter, Locking System Condor B767-300 (76C). Observe the exception concerning the locking system of D-ABUZ. Refer to: chapter, Locking System in Aft Hold of Condor B767-300 (76C) DABUZ. LD-8 Container (DQF) Condor standard container. A maximum of 70 bags can be loaded into the LD-8 container. LD-2 Container (DPE) Use this container only for transport of catering material (EIC). Standard loading positions: 24R, 23R and 22R. In case a fourth LD-2 Container must be carried: loading position is 21L or 21R. Show the special load remark EIC on loading instruction, loadsheet and loadmessage, indicating loading position and grossweight of the container (e.g. EIC/24L/750). In case the catering material includes dry ice for cooling purposes, add this information to the special load remark (e.g. EIC/ICE/24L/750). Bulky Baggage Container (BBC) The BBC always remains on board on loading positions 24L-22L. It shall be used for bulky bags with a maximum length of 4,60 meters (e.g. surfboards, canoes). Loading of cargo in the BBC is not allowed. Observe that the tare weight of the BBC is already included in the DOW/DOI data. LD-3 Container (AKE, AVE) Load LD-3 containers only on the left side of the aircraft (loading positions 11L-21L and 31L-43L). The bevel must be facing the centre line of the compartment.

Ground Operations Manual Page 8 Pallets Do not load any type of pallet on B767 (B76C) without prior authorization from Ground Handling Standards, Quality and Assessments (SITA: FRAGODE). Additional Info Compartment 5 (bulk load compartment) The usable volume is limited to a maximum of 3m 3. A waste container has been installed there and the crew bags as well as the Flight-Kit are loaded in this compartment. Example LD-2 container (DPE) and Bulky Baggage Container (BBC) in compartment 2: 12.1.3 Special Restrictions Condor B767-300 (76C) Procedure In case the take-off weight exceeds 181.000 kg observe following restrictions: Maximum net weight of the load in the BBC (22L - 24L): 1.000 kg Maximum gross weight of the LD-2 containers (22R, 23R, 24R): 2.000 kg LD-8 containers can be loaded up to max. gross container weight: 2.449 kg In case of loading one or more LD-3 containers: Total net weight of the load in the BBC Total gross weight of all LD-3 containers on board 0 8.900 kg 1-500 kg 7.100 kg 501-1.000 kg 5.800 kg Interpolation is n o t allowed!

Ground Operations Manual Page 11 12.2.2 Load Planning Condor B767-300 (76L) General Procedure As a standard 96 x 125 pallets and LD-8 containers should be used. It must be observed that loading position 11 is restricted to a reduced maximum weight and only compartment 5 is ventilated and heated. LD-8 Container (DQF) Condor standard container. Loadable on positions 11-24 and 31-43. If used as a baggage container approximately 70 bags can be loaded. LD-2 Container (DPE) Use this container only for transport of catering material (EIC). LD-3 Container (AKE, AVE) Load LD-3 containers only on the left side of the aircraft (loading positions 11L-24L and 31L-43L). The bevel must be facing the centre line of the compartment. Pallets 4 Pallets (88 or 96 x 125 ) can be loaded on positions 11P, 12P, 21P and 22P. Observe to load preferably 96 x 125 pallets to avoid a Maximum Take-Off Weight restriction due to a lateral imbalance of the aircraft. Refer to chapter 12 - Aircraft Data B 767-300, Special Restrictions Condor B767-300 (76L) for further details.

Ground Operations Manual Page 12 12.2.3 Special Restrictions Condor B767-300 (76L) General Procedure In case the actual take off weight exceeds 183.250 kg and at the same time 88 x125 pallets, LD-2 containers or LD-3 containers have been loaded, the Maximum Take Off Weight must be reduced due to a lateral imbalance of the aircraft. Ignore all 96 x125 pallets and LD-8 containers in this calculation as they do not affect the lateral imbalance. Add up the gross weights of all 88 x125 pallets, LD-3 containers and LD-2 containers on the left lane from loading position 11 up to loading position 43. Add up the gross weights of all LD-2 containers on the right lane from loading position 11R up to loading position 43R. Calculate the weight difference between left and right lane. Look up the reduced Maximum Take-Off Weight according to the table below and reduce the MTOW as required. Weight Difference between Reduced MTOW left and right lane up to: 1.000 kg 186.705 kg 2.000 kg 186.529 kg 3.000 kg 186.354 kg 4.000 kg 186.179 kg 5.000 kg 186.003 kg 6.000 kg 185.828 kg 7.000 kg 185.652 kg 8.000 kg 185.477 kg 9.000 kg 185.302 kg 10.000 kg 185.126 kg 11.000 kg 184.951 kg 12.000 kg 184.776 kg 13.000 kg 184.600 kg 14.000 kg 184.425 kg 15.000 kg 184.249 kg 16.000 kg 184.074 kg 17.000 kg 183.899 kg 18.000 kg 183.723 kg 19.000 kg 183.548 kg 20.000 kg 183.373 kg 20.695 kg 183.251 kg Attention In case the value for the calculated weight difference is not shown in the table, the reduced MTOW for the next higher weight is applicable.

Ground Operations Manual Page 21 12.4.8 Equipment Positioning Condor B767-300 (76C) Additional Info Fuelling The fuel truck can be positioned on the left- or right side of the aircraft. In special cases (e.g. short ground time) the right side can be chosen (in order to be prepared in case the pilot-in-command decides to fuel the aircraft with passengers on board). Air Start Units / Air Condition If it is necessary to start the engines with an air start unit (ASU), two ASU are mandatory. It must be avoided that the exhaust of the ASU hits the fuselage. After engine no.2 has been started, remove the ASU and then start engine no.1. In exceptional cases the use of only one ASU is allowed after consultation of the pilot-in-command. In case no air conditioning unit is available, cooling with two ASU is permitted.

Ground Operations Manual Page 22 12.4.9 Fuelling with Passengers on Board Condor B767-300 (76C) Procedure Exception Make sure that cabin doors 1L, 2L, 3L and 1R or 3R are available as emergency exits. Two of these cabin doors (preferably 1L + 3L) must be open and at these doors passenger stairs / jetways must be in position. At the remaining emergency exits the operating areas of the emergency exit slides as well as the escape areas must never be blocked. Do not position any vehicle (including the fuel truck) or loading / servicing equipment in a distance of less than 12 m from these exits. Observe that it is not allowed to position catering trucks or other vehicles in the door area 1R and 3R at the same time. Make sure stairs are in position at door 3R if compt. 5 is loaded at the same time. In case only one passenger stair / jetway is available: Make sure that the exit with the missing passenger stair / jetway is free all the time during fuelling for immediate operation of the emergency exit slide. During fuelling catering is not allowed. In case no passenger stairs / jetways are available: Make sure that all the emergency exit slides are available and operative. Make sure that the escape areas at all exits are free all the time during fuelling for immediate operation of the emergency slides. Do not position any vehicle (including the fuel truck) or loading / servicing equipment in the escape area of any exit. During fuelling loading / unloading is not allowed. During fuelling catering is not allowed. Additional Info Mobile lounges are no compensation for passenger stairs / jetways. If locally required, the right hand side may be used for embarkation/disembarkation. Only in this exceptional case fuelling can be performed from the left hand side! Defuelling with passengers on board is not allowed! Attention In addition observe following regulations: chapter 7 - Aircraft Handling, Fuelling / Defuelling chapter 7 - Aircraft Handling, Fuelling with Passengers on Board (fire brigade on standby rampside) chapter 7 - Aircraft Handling, Fuelling with Passengers on Board (without fire brigade on standby)
