Introduction The following document establishes the regulations, regulations, rights and duties of the crews of the Golden Sky VA. The necessary parameters for the optimal and efficient development of all the virtual aeronautical operations in the IVAO network are proposed by the crew of Golden Sky VA.

2. Our Virtual Airline Welcome to Golden Sky VA and we want you to be part of this great golden family. We wait for you in our HUB to program everything pertinent to the necessary knowledge or flight to perform. 2.1 Who Are We? We are a virtual airline born in 2017 in collaboration with Fly Simulations Col and P3D Simulations CO-EU. Golden Sky is a Colombian virtual airline with operational routes nationally and internationally; it s operation center (HUB) will be El Dorado Intl (SKBO) in the IVAO network. We focus on contributing to the growth of the IVAO network through excellence and quality in the training of each of our pilots, providing and improving their knowledge with which to provide high quality processes and help to contribute to growth of each of its members.

2.2 Mission. Our main objective is to execute virtual air procedures with the highest professionalism and fully comply with the rules and policies of the IVAO network. Our epicenter of operations is El Dorado Intl (SKBO), from where we operate with the most modern fleet of the Boeing and Airbus family and lightweight training aircraft such as the cessna 172, which guarantees the constant training of our crew. Through this excellent crew and large fleet we want to reach national and international destinations in order to achieve the fulfillment of our objectives, thus responding to the mission that the VA has.

2.3 Vision. In Golden Sky, we dream of reaching more and more the Golden Skies, and that is why we have established clear objectives to become a VA that is recognized by the virtual pilots in the IVAO network as a VA where they come to learn or strengthen their knowledge about virtual aviation and that is why Golden Sky VA always seeks to be at the forefront of the best software to provide its crew the best possible tools and thus achieve this great vision. We always welcome you and invite you to become part of this great family so that together we can achieve this great vision that we have projected.

2.4 General Objectives. In Golden Sky VA, pilots who pass the theoretical and practical exams required to enter the VA will be admitted. (Your rank in the IVAO network will not be taken into account). Provide all the communication channels and instruments necessary so that all the crew members of Golden Sky VA can perform their tasks in a hundred percent. Accompanying and providing optimal knowledge to each of our future pilots and controllers, which will make Golden Sky one of the best virtual airlines within the IVAO organization. Providing the best human talent to the entire organization and through constant training means that the contingencies that occur every day can be handled. Discuss and evaluate the different opinions of our crew to ensure excellence in operations inside and outside Golden Sky VA. Create strategic partners that guarantee and strengthen progress and improvement for all parties involved. Create training spaces to reinforce and strengthen knowledge and skills in flight and in the creation of flight plans for each member of Golden Sky VA.

2.5 Rules, Rights y Duties. It is understood by norms any guideline or law stipulated within Golden Sky that must be fulfilled in it s entirety for the perfect functioning of the airline. Rules. 1. The flights reported will be accepted based on the landing rate and the following table will be taken as reference. Respect towards each member of the airline (Pilots and Staff), remember that we all have different thoughts, culture or religion. 3. Comply with the assigned weekly dispatch, in case of not being able to comply MUST (see point 1 of the duties as a pilot). 4. Reproduction, disclosure or publication of any fraudulent software that is related to Golden Sky VA is PROHIBITED. In case there is something related to this, the person involved will be

legally responsible and will have a 15 day suspension and in turn will be a reason to meet with the Staff to determine their continuity in Golden Sky VA. 5. Golden Sky VA members are responsible for acting politely both internally and externally with each person with whom they relate. 6. Members who are inactivated for a period of 15 days or more without prior notice to the Staff, will be sanctioned for 1 week, in the event that they relapse will be suspended for 15 days and if they recidivate for the third time will be definitively expelled from Golden Sky VA. 7. Any publication not owned by the author you publish must be subject to copyright, otherwise it will not be accepted or it will be eliminated immediately. 8. Every member of the Golden Sky VA airline will have to have minimum knowledge in aeronautical procedures, communications and meteorology reading. If this is not the case, a timely training process will be initiated to improve their skills. 9. Flight reports will not be accepted if there is a change in the speed of the simulator.

Rights. 1. You must notify the personnel in charge of dispatch for your respective corrections or elimination of dispatch. 2. You must report to the Golden Sky VA Staff in case you can not fly for an indefinite period. 3. You should check the general table sent by the dispatch department to verify the corresponding flights assigned for each week. 4. The pilot must leave the aircraft assigned for the weekly dispatch at the end of the week (Sunday) in the corresponding HUB of the aircraft. 5. You must comply with the orders of the Golden Sky Staff and the IVAO staff (Supervisors and Controllers). If there are no ATC positions in IVAO, the pilot... 6. You must report standard procedures on the UNICOM frequency 122,800 in IVAO. For proper use read the document. USE OF UNICOM 7. Must have knowledge of the aeronautical phonetic alphabet. 8. Must have basic knowledge in communications. 9. You must fly without altering the normal speed of the simulator or using the pause option. 10. You must properly report all flight information and the respective remarks, otherwise you can not appeal for any error committed and if the reports are inadequately filled by three (3) times or more it may be cause for suspension for one day. 11. Flights must be flown at normal speed (1X)

Duties. 1. Right to a second flight plan evaluation in case of not agreeing with the rating given to it. 2. Right to request training with the instructor's department. 3. Right to advance rank as long as it complies with the required parameters. 4. Right to expose your doubts, concerns or suggestions that lead to the growth of Golden Sky VA. 5. Right to obtain the Golden Sky VA medals once the required achievements are made. 6. Right to use the necessary software for the correct operation of operations with Golden Sky VA. 7. Right to represent Golden Sky VA as long as he is an active driver.

3. Golden Sky Operations Golden Sky VA Goes within its regular operations has chosen to assign its pilots a certain amount of flights through an office that contains the sections to be made during the week. Through these, it is possible to simulate the operation of a real airline in terms of assigning flights to the pilots, and also to ensure compliance with the number of hours flown in the IVAO network that are required for Airline. It is the responsibility of the Operations Supervisor to keep the itineraries updated in the airline's management system. It is also the responsibility of the pilot to request the weekly dispatches through the mechanisms defined by the Airline. No dispatches will be made to pilots who have not sent their request in a timely manner. The pilot is not obliged to comply with the dispatch only, this can also fulfill it, fly freely without affecting the operation of the fleet and / or the other crew.

3.1 Minimum requirements. 1. Have a minimum of 15 years 2. Belonging and being an active member of IVAO 3. Have basic knowledge of flight instruments, phonetic alphabet, basic procedures. 3.2 Registration The aspiring Golden Sky VA must go to the page http://goldenskyva.com/admisiones/ (Web Menu Crew Admissions) and must complete all the required fields, after this you must perform a theoretical exam with the link that will be sent to the personal email; Once the exam is over, you will wait for an answer by an examiner to continue with the personal exam (interview). If the pilot loses the admission process, he will have to wait 30 days from the date to re-apply.

3.3 Admission process The admission process will be divided into two processes which will have the same level of importance, since in the end the staff of Golden Sky VA will make the respective average and will give the final result to the applicant. -Theoretical exam consisting of 40 questions. -Interview with Golden Sky VA staff where aeronautical knowledge, knowledge of the IVAO network and knowledge of Golden Sky VA are evaluated. At the end of the process, an average of scores is made and the applicant is given a final result. The applicant must obtain an average of 75% to be a member of Golden Sky VA.

3.4 Operations in IVAO To comply with all the rules and regulations stipulated in the IVAO article on air operations by the pilot. https://www.ivao.es/?module=community&page=normativa The orders of IVAO supervisors and Golden Sky VA Staff must be complied with. The members that register flight with the Golden Sky VA software, should fly with the GSK airline's ICAO and their respective flight number. Example: GSK2018 If there is no control in the IVAO Network, the procedures must be communicated efficiently and consistently in the UNICOM frequency 122.800 and in the English language. The pilot must communicate correctly using the aeronautical phonetic alphabet In case the MTL of the Golden Sky VA airline is not available, it will proceed to connect with the factory MTL, for example, if you choose to fly with a Boeing 737, we will choose the MTL Boeing Comercial (BOE).

3.5 Software and Downloads The flight reporting tool will be provided only to those members registered and approved to fly with Golden Sky VA, as well as the manuals, textures and other documents necessary for the proper execution of the flight, in the same way it is forbidden the distribution of everything previously mentioned. In case of knowing of any case, the person involved will have as a consequence the immediate expulsion of Golden Sky VA.

3.6 Ranks and authorized aircraft The ranges are stipulated according to the number of hours flown within the Golden Sky VA airline and the type of aircraft authorized to fly depends on the knowledge acquired and according to the opinion given by the chief instructor and his collaborators. Note: This is done in order to improve the knowledge of the Golden Sky VA pilots. It should also be clarified that if a pilot has a lower rank as "Student Pilot" but performs checks on mid-level aircraft and knows how to adequately perform flight plans on respective aircraft such as Airbus 320 or Boeing 737 and this is approved by the Instructor In Chief and his collaborators, he will be approved to fly in said aircraft.
