Transfer to our hotel upon arrival. Meet your host at a reception this evening. DAY 2 SEPT 11 BRYCE We're off this morning to Zion National Park. (2.5 hour trip) On arrival, have lunch at the lodge followed by a tram tour deep into the park. Exiting the park through the West Entrance, travel along the spectacular winding "pigtail" road that is exceptionally scenic followed by a one lane tunnel to take us out of the canyon. Overnight is spent in Bryce at the wonderful Grand Hotel. (L) DAYS 3-6 SEPT 12-15 MOAB Visit Bryce Canyon National Park and vievy this spectacular canyon from several vista points. You'll have time to walk along the canyon rim and snap some incredible pictures, so have your camera ready! Following Bryce, continue to Moab for three nights with an en route stop at the Capitol Reef National Park Center. (B,L) Moab is a wonderful community in the midst of spectacular natural beauty near Arches National Park and the Colorado River. Our tour includes a cruise on the Colorado River and a tour to Arches National Park. Other optional tour choices are available at an additional cost and some are noted below. Arches National Park Nature Hike Arches National Park Hummer Sunset Ride Mountain Bike Hike Hot Air Balloon Ride Horse Back Riding DAYS 6-9 SEPT 15-18 PAGE,AZ Continuing south, travel to the Arizona and Utah border to Monument Valley. The sprawling peaks and formations will make you feel like you're in an Old West film! Lunch is included at the Monument Valley Visitors Center before continuing to Page, Arizona where we'll spend three nights and experience several fantastic activities. During our stay in Page, board a cruise boat to venture about 40 miles up the lake to Rainbow Bridge, a wonderful natural rock formation on the Navajo Reservation. Enjoy a box lunch on the boat as we wind through the narrow canyon walls. Prepare to be overwhelmed by the dramatic array of clay and stone. This will certainly be just one of many days on this tour that will create a lasting memory.
