All children six years and under must be supervised by a paid adult swimmer. Supervisory adult must be within arm s reach of the child at all times. Pool Rental The Albert Lea Aquatic Center is available on a limited basis for group gatherings. Fees include cost of supervision and lifeguards. Dogs must have proof of current vaccinations. Human companions will take full responsibility for their pups. Chemicals will be adjusted for the different breed of swimmer. Equipment Check Out Did you know that you can check out basketballs, horseshoes and even bocce ball equipment at the Albert Lea Aquatic Center? Stop by with a photo ID (license/school) and pick up equipment to use at the on-site basketball and bocce ball courts or the horseshoe pits at Frank Hall Park. There is no fee! This event is a fun-filled course of obstacles, hills, water and mud. Sign up by August 6th to ensure a t-shirt Waiver must be signed. Appropriate footwear required to participate MUST preregister at the City Arena or www. cityofalbertlea.org. Summer Carnival Wednesday, July 11 4-7 pm Fountain Lake Park Join us for an afternoon of carnival games, face painting, bouncy, and more! Bring your camera for our photo booth! Food and drinks available for purchase. Parents Night Out! Friday, July 13 Drop-off any time 5:30 pm and after. Pick-up by 10:00 pm Edgewater Park Cottage. $8 for first child, $4 for each additional child Ages 3-12 years Kids can enjoy games, scavenger hunts, kickball, arts and crafts, while parents enjoy the night off. Parks & Recreation rents facilities at Edgewater, Pioneer and Fountain Lake Parks. Facilities must be rented for a minimum of two hours, (cancellations must be made 30 days prior to use to receive a refund) No refunds due to weather. Prices do not include 7.875% sales tax. All parks and facilities are tobacco free and alcohol is not allowed in the park.
