AIRCRAFT OPERATIONAL NOISE MITIGATION MEASURES Modify direction of Airport operation from a north flow to an 85% south operation flow Direct aircraft to approach from the south and depart to the south between 11 p.m. & 7 a.m. (when air traffic and weather permits) Aircraft departing north between 11 p.m. And 7 a.m. turn to a 60 degree heading until above 3,000 feet May 1999
