Day 3: Tuesday, April 30, 2019 San Francisco - Farm Visit - Tuolumne After breakfast, travel east through California s Central Valley and the foothills of the Sierra Nevada. Stop in Oakdale where almond and walnut orchards dot the landscape. A local farmer will guide you through the town and take you to visit his small farm where you ll enjoy a taste of central California. A delightful stop is made at Ironstone Vineyards for a wine tasting with time to explore their gold mining artifacts, antiques and music room with a fully restored Alhambra Theatre Pipe organ. Arrive in historic Tuolumne, a gateway to Yosemite National Park and your home for the next two nights.
