This 4 bed, 4.5 bath pet friendly home (2 dogs max) with a private saltwater pool and hot tub has everything your family needs for a memorable vacation. Our home is located in The Hammocks subdivision in this sound side community. Bright island inspired homes with the Atlantic Ocean to the East and the Currituck Sound to the West, it is no wonder it was named "Small Resort Community of the Year". Located on the Northern end of the Outer Banks, The Currituck Club has thought of every amenity you could possibly dream of for your vacation. Tucked away from the main highway, this gated community offers; golf, a fitness center, community game room, multiple neighborhood pools, lighted tennis courts, playground, basketball and volleyball courts, cornhole boards, bocce ball, shuffleboard, and walking/biking trails. In season there is a trolley service (Memorial Day-Labor Day) that will take you and your family to the beach. The nearest trolley pick up location is 5 houses down from our house, at the community pool. Once the trolley drops you off at the beach access, you will be greeted by the beach valet who will gladly drive your beach equipment to the beach for you. There is also a snack bar and restrooms/showers at the trolley pick up/drop off location for your convenience. If you prefer to drive, there is a public beach parking lot for you to park your car, but it is
recommended that you get there early to get a spot! You cannot walk to the beach from our house as we are a sound side community and you must cross Rt. 12! We provide 2 dog crates (1 medium & 1 large) for you to use during your stay, 12 beach chairs, numerous pool floats, noodles, and toys as well as 2 boogie boards, a beach umbrella, and sand toys. *A thank you for our guests...please enjoy a dozen bagels and cream cheese on us from a local bakery! Available for pick up anytime during your stay and only a short 5 minute drive!* Additional important information to know BEFORE booking: A signed rental agreement along with a valid government issued ID is required within 24 hours of reservation. Leaseholder must be 25+ years old representing a family group. You will also need to provide the names and ages of EVERY guest that will be staying in the house. Any babies/ children that will be in the home for the week will need to be included in this list and count as an occupant. There is a strict maximum occupancy of 10 people total, 6 adults max!! **There are no exceptions to these requirements!** We do allow up to 2 dogs at our home ($150 nonrefundable pet fee).
