GROUPS POLICY Effective from 10 April 2018 Terms & Conditions, Policies and FAQs for group creation and maintenance The creation of a group indicates your acceptance of these T&Cs All policies contained herein apply to Australian and New Zealand Trade and Direct business partners These T&Cs apply to all groups sailing after 1 May 2019 Note: The guidelines listed below are not applicable to Royal Caribbean CruiseTours, Celebrity CruiseTours or Galapagos sailings. 1 What is a group? A group is defined as an allocation of 8 to 50 staterooms (8 to 25 on Azamara Club Cruises) on a specific ship and sail date which the trade partner can actively promote and sell with the knowledge that the pricing and availability will remain fixed throughout the life of the group up until the recall deadline. There are a number of different group types: Promotional Groups (P) - A group of staterooms held by an agent to free-sell. The passengers in the group do not necessarily know each other. Affinity Groups (A) - An existing group of people who know each other for example a social club, a family or a large group of friends. Onboard events may be requested; please see sections 12 and 13. Contracted Groups - M.I.C.E. groups or groups that require larger cabin quantities or special pricing. Differing policies apply for these groups and a contract is required to secure the booking - please contact your Sales Representative for further details. Charters - A full charter of the ship. Differing policies apply for these groups and a contract is required to secure the booking - please contact your Sales Representative for further details. Segmented Groups - Require Revenue Management and Operations Team approval. For more information, please refer to the separate policy guide for the specifics of segmented groups. 2 Why take out a group? There are a number of reasons why you should consider taking a group with Royal Caribbean, Celebrity Cruises and Azamara Club Cruises: Guaranteed price until sailing cruise prices generally fluctuate throughout the course of the booking cycle, therefore securing a group allocation provides the trade partners with the advantage of a fixed price up to the final recall deadline, thus offering a competitive edge over other trade partners. Guaranteed stateroom availability similar to pricing, stateroom availability can fluctuate and/or sell out therefore securing a group allocation provides trade partners with the guarantee that the stateroom grade and number of staterooms held within the group will not change (subject to recall procedures outlined below). Free-of-Charge Berths (FOC) book a minimum of 8 staterooms / 16 lower berth passengers within a group and the 16th passenger travels free - conditions apply. Added benefits for your customers using our Group Amenities Plus Program (GAP Points), choose from a wide range of complimentary onboard benefits for your guests, including onboard credits, cocktail parties, champagne and special gifts. Conditions apply; please see section 4.9 for further details. Price protection policy if we release a lower Standard price than that which was secured within your group, you will have the opportunity to lower the Standard pricing held on your group for unnamed space (subject to conditions outlined in section 6.2.3). Competitive advantage offer your customers stateroom grades, prices and onboard benefits which may not be accessible to agents not holding group space. 3 How to take out a group Firstly, contact your District Sales Manager (DSM) to discuss your group opportunities and consider which cruises would be most appropriate for your customer base along with your Marketing Plan of how and when you plan to sell your group space. Then, once you are ready to create your group, you have two options: 3.1 Online via Espresso Promotional (P) and Affinity (A) groups of up to 50^ double occupancy* staterooms can be created using our online booking tool, Espresso. If you do not have a login, you are able to register online using the Create an Account link. Once you are logged in, simply select Start a Group, and select the brand, ship and sail date from the drop down boxes on the left side of the group page. Next, name the group as this will allow you to identify the group if you have groups on more than one sailing (i.e. [TA NAME] [SAIL DATE] or [TA NAME] [EVENT NAME]), and then select whether the group is a Promotional group or an Affinity group. 2

The next step is to allocate the dining which is needed for the group (just as if it were FIT). The dining allocation can be changed later if required (if the new dining time is still available). Lastly, you need to review the group and make any changes required, or press Finish to finalise the group. If you require training for Espresso, or require groups functionality to be enabled, please contact your Sales Representative who will be able to provide you with training on the system. You can also manage your existing groups via Espresso, please refer to section 5.1 of this guide for more information. ^Please Note: Specific terms and policies apply to inventory maximum limits and multiple groups per sailing. Please see section 6.3.1 for more details. *Please Note: Currently, you can only create groups with double occupancy staterooms using Espresso. Should you need to add Single, Triple, Quad, Family Staterooms or Accessible inventory, please contact our Groups Team to request. You can still create the group with double occupancy inventory and add the additional staterooms once the group has been created. 3.2 Via the Groups Team Please complete the attached Group Quote Request Form with the following information: Cruise details ship, sail date, duration Category types requested e.g. Interior, Oceanview, Balcony, Suites Specific stateroom grades required, including the number of staterooms in each Dining preferences for the group Failure to provide the completed Group Quote Request form will result in the request being sent back to the trade partner. Once we have received the completed Group Quote Request form we will be able to provide you a quote, outlining pricing and category availability. The initial deposit needs to be paid within 14 days of receiving the quote in order to secure the group, otherwise the quote will expire and we will no longer be able to guarantee the inventory or pricing. 4 Group Pricing Overview 4.1 Cruise pricing At the time of creating a group booking, pricing will be confirmed as either Standard or Group Standard pricing (where available). Celebrity Cruises Group Standard pricing is referred to as GroupX. Standard pricing in the majority of instances is the cruise fare on sale for individual/fit bookings on the day that the group is confirmed. Whilst the Standard pricing will generally fluctuate up until the day of sailing, the pricing held within the group booking will remain fixed at the amount specified on the group confirmation. For example, if the Standard pricing for a cruise is $999 per person at the time of group creation then the group fare will also be $999 per person. If the Standard pricing then later increases to $1,099, the group fare for the space held remains guaranteed at $999 while new FIT/Individual bookings would be subject to the prevailing Standard rates. Please Note: Any requests for additional space after initial inventory has been secured within the category will be subject to the prevailing Standard rate at the time of allocation, if approved. Group Standard pricing may be available from time to time on select products across our three brands. These fares are usually lower than the current Standard pricing available to individual/fit bookings and will have an expiration date, whereby any space that is unnamed after that deadline will be repriced to the current Standard pricing. RCL Cruises Ltd reserves the right to change the group fare at its discretion. Travel partners are responsible for reviewing group and individual guest invoices to ensure all details are accurately reserved. 3

4.2 Single occupancy pricing Single occupancy bookings will be charged the equivalent of the double occupancy bundled cruise fare (200%) for the stateroom, unless otherwise specified. The bundled cruise fare is comprised of the cruise fare and non-commissionable cruise fare (NCCF). If the group should exceed 10% or more of single occupancy, please contact the Groups Team to reconfirm group pricing. 4.3 Child pricing Reduced child pricing may be available on select sailings* whereby the date of birth must be provided at the time of booking in order to qualify for the pricing. Child pricing is only applicable to passengers 3 or higher, travelling within the same stateroom as two full paying passengers. *Note: Child pricing is applicable to select Royal Caribbean Australia, New Zealand & South Pacific voyages and select international voyages. 4.4 Promotions From time to time Royal Caribbean International, Celebrity Cruises and Azamara Club Cruises may introduce a promotion which is applicable to the ship and sail date on which the trade partner has taken a group booking. Promotions may constitute a reduction in the cruise fare or a Value Add (e.g. an onboard credit). Each promotion has its own terms and conditions and not all promotions may be applicable to group bookings, nor be combinable with Group Standard pricing. Furthermore, promotions also have a start and end date whereby only bookings named and deposited within this booking period will be eligible to receive the promotion. Bookings made outside of these dates will not qualify. Eligibility will be confirmed with the correct promotion codes on the offer invoice, prior to the guest depositing the reservation. Travel partners are responsible for reviewing invoices prior to deposits being paid. Promotions that constitute a reduction in the cruise fare will only be applicable to passengers who qualify for and accept the promotional fares against the prevailing rate of the day. These fares will substitute the fare held on the group and will not be combinable with the Standard, Group Standard or GroupX fares held against the group inventory line. It is possible to have multiple promotions as part of one group booking, dependent on the promotions that were available at the time the space was named and deposited. Promotions that offer a Value Add, such as an onboard credit, may be combinable with the Standard pricing or Group Standard pricing held against the inventory line. They generally will not require prevailing rates to be picked up this will be reflected in the terms and conditions of the specific promotion. Please check with our Groups Team if there is any uncertainty with regards to the combinability of a promotion prior to quoting the client. Not all promotions will be eligible to be utilised with group space; promotions flagged as deep discount in the system are not eligible to be pulled into a group either at time of naming or through an FIT to groups transfer. Examples of this type of promotion include Last Minute Luxury, Going Going Gone or BPS rates. These rates are generally only released within 100 days to sail and are unlikely to pose a problem. Please ensure you refer to the promotional terms and conditions. Additionally, not all promotions will contribute toward your FOC [or TC] quota or be eligible for GAP benefits. These promotions will be flagged as such in the system and details of their GAP/FOC combinability will be listed in their specific terms and conditions. Examples of promotions that can be used with group space but are not eligible for GAP/FOC benefits are Net Rates, Interline or Flash Sale Rates. Other promotions may not be eligible; please see relevant terms and conditions. IMPORTANT: Promotional fares are unable to be held against unnamed space. Names and deposits must be provided in order to qualify for any promotion. 4

4.5 Non-Refundable Deposit promotions (NRD) NRDs will be fully applicable to Groups when naming space and will work in the same way as other promotions as outlined above. Note NRDs are specifically applicable to the prevailing Non-Refundable Standard pricing, and will not combine with the Standard or Group Standard pricing held against the inventory line. NRPs cannot be held against unnamed space in a group, however as with other promotions they can be pulled in when naming space and will require full deposits in order to secure the pricing and promotion. Additionally, Non-Refundable Deposit Promotions will override the cancellation schedules outlined in the brand specific summary pages in section 7 of this document. When utilising a non-refundable promotion against group space, please ensure you refer to the Terms and Conditions document specific to the promotion being used. They will be eligible for GAP and FOC. Please refer to standalone document for evergreen Non-Refundable Deposit Pricing T&Cs and FAQs. 4.6 Celebrity Cruises Go Big, Better, Best (GBBB) Celebrity Cruises evergreen Go Big promotion offers one (1) complimentary perk included in the cruise fare for both Standard and GroupX (Group Standard) rates. The option is also available for named bookings to upgrade to Go Better and receive two (2) complimentary perks, or Go Best to receive all of the below perks. This can only occur at the time of naming space and upgrade surcharges apply to Go Better and Best. This offer is applicable to Oceanview and above on most sailings of four (4) nights or longer and excludes Transatlantic, Transpacific, Repositioning and Galapagos sailings. Perk selections must be advised at the time of naming or no later than ten (10) days prior to departure, is capacity controlled and Celebrity Cruises reserves its right to withdraw this offer at any time. From time to time Celebrity may offer special promotions where select sailings or category classes may be eligible for Go Better or Go Best without the additional surcharge. This offer is combinable with groups for both Standard and GroupX (Group Standard) rates. When combining GBBB with the Standard or GroupX pricing held against the inventory line the perks will be added as an option code, the perk selection must be advised to the Groups Team prior to ten days to sail. When combining with the prevailing rate available at time of naming these perks will appear as a price code on the invoice. Go Big Choose one (1) from: Classic Beverage Package, US$150 OBC or Unlimited Wifi Go Better Choose two (2) from: Classic Beverage Package, US$150 OBC, Unlimited Wifi or another US$150 OBC Go Best Receive ALL of the following: Premium Beverage Package, US$300 OBC and Unlimited Wifi IMPORTANT: Please refer to the separate T&Cs document for Go Big, Better, Best for full details and exclusions. 4.7 What s included Standard and Group Standard pricing includes all taxes, fees & port expenses and NCCFs. Gratuities are no longer a separate component. As of December 2016 stateroom gratuities are now included in the cruise fare for all Australian and New Zealand market groups for sailings both International and Domestic. 4.8 Commission Your standard rate of commission applies to bookings made within a group, with the exception of Net rate promotions where there is no commission. Closed User promotions may also have a reduced commission which varies to the standard contracted amount. From time to time Bonus Commission offers may also be available to FIT/Group bookings. These promotions will have their own set of terms and conditions which should be reviewed prior to deciding to utilise them with your group space. 5

4.9 Group Amenities Plus program (GAP) Each cruise may be assigned a number of Group Amenities Plus Points (or GAP Points); these vary by ship and cruise. You can convert these points into either: Travel Agent benefits including money towards marketing funds, additional FOC places and stateroom upgrades Guest benefits onboard benefits for your customers to enjoy during their cruise including cocktail party, champagne and gifts For a full list of group amenities, please see section 8. There is no additional charge for these benefits. GAP points vary depending on the cruise. You will be advised of the number of GAP points at time of quote. The condition of receiving the GAP points is that you reach the minimum group size in order to retain these points allocated to your group. Should your group not meet the minimum group size (8 staterooms / 16 lower berth passengers) then Travel Agent benefits will be forfeit and only Guest benefits will be guaranteed. Agents must advise the Groups Team which group amenities they would like to redeem for their group at time of confirmation. If GAP amenities are not assigned to your group by 70 days prior to sailing (90 days for holiday voyages), then the GAP points will be removed from the group and will be forfeit. Once group amenities have been assigned, they cannot be reallocated. Important note on RCI GAP Benefits change For all new deployment released from 9th April 2018 groups created on RCI international departures will no longer automatically qualify for GAP amenities. In order to qualify for GAP amenities, correct deposit must first be made on the group booking. After the correct deposit has been received, a total of 4 (four) GAP will be manually applied. Please allow up to 14 days after deposit payment for GAP points to be applied. This policy excludes RCI China, Singapore & Australia voyage departures. For these exclusions the GAP policy remains the same as above. IMPORTANT: As previously mentioned in section 4.4 not all promotions will be eligible for GAP associated benefits. 4.10 Free-of-charge berths (FOC/TC) Trade partners can earn one free-of-charge berth for every 16 passengers (minimum of 8 staterooms) booked within a group booking. Only passengers one and two in the stateroom will contribute towards the free-of-charge berth. Upper berths (3 rd and 4 th passengers) do not qualify. Single passengers occupying a double stateroom count as 2 passengers for the purpose of FOC berths. Free of Charge berths are applied as a reduction from the total cost of the group and are based on the cruise fare only NCCF and Taxes are excluded. The cruise fare will also be based on the lowest priced booking in the lowest category with the highest number of bookings. IMPORTANT: As previously mentioned in section 4.4 not all promotions will contribute toward your FOC quota. Below is a list of some common promotions that do not contribute toward either FOC or GAP. Please refer to the terms and conditions of each promotion in order to understand eligibility. You can also review your FOC quota on your invoice. 5 Managing your group 5.1 Online via Espresso In addition to creating new groups, we encourage our trade partners to actively manage their group bookings through our new online booking tool, Espresso. The following features are currently available: Group Level: Group creation up to 50 double occupancy staterooms. Allocating and de-allocating staterooms within an existing group (Please note, the full deposit is required when allocating specific stateroom numbers) Increasing Inventory Creating a booking within the group Cancelling a group (Please note: cancellation charges may apply. Please see section 6.4 for more details) Managing group dining Credit Card payments Requesting invoices Allocating GAP Points Reissuing documents Booking Level: Assigning and changing staterooms on a booking Updating guest names, personal details and preferences, including loyalty numbers and special requests Assigning staterooms to bookings Changing dining preferences Adding and amending Cruise Only Transfers Adding Pre and Post Hotel arrangements Requesting invoices Reissuing documents Cancelling existing bookings (Please note, cancellation charges may apply; please see section 6.4 for more details) If you require training for Espresso, or require Groups functionality to be enabled, please contact your Sales Representative. 5.2 Via the Groups Team Our Groups Team is available from 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday and are able to assist with all group requests. They can be contacted as follows: Telephone: Email RCI/CEL: Email AZA: 1800 754 500 (AUS) 0800 102 123 (NZ) groups.au@rcclapac.com azamaraau@rcclapac.com Please allow a response time of up to 72 hours for all email correspondence. Please Note: Our Groups Team are unable to assist with any Espresso queries. Please contact the Trade Team via email tradeau@rcclapac.com to report any technical issues. 6 Group Policies 6.1 General policies 6.1.1 Group quote A quote is an 'Offer' and stateroom guarantees are being held. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw quotes at any time. We cannot guarantee the inventory or pricing once the quote has expired. 7

6.1.2 Deposits In order to secure your group allocation, initial deposits are required upon confirmation of the group inventory held. If the initial deposit is not paid within 14 days of receiving the group quote then the group allocation will expire. We cannot guarantee the inventory or pricing once the quote has expired. Initial deposits are per guarantee stateroom held and are refundable up to 151 days prior to sailing on unsold (unnamed) space. Please note initial deposits are not refundable for Azamara Club Cruises. A subsequent full deposit (per person) is required at 151 days prior to sailing. All unnamed space should be named or released at this point. Revenue Management approval is required in order to retain any unsold space past 151 days, and this space will then be subject to cancellation penalties if released. As names are added to the group booking, an invoice will be generated for the full deposit for which payment will be required within 3 working days. Once a stateroom/suite has been named, they will be subject to the standard terms and conditions outlined in the relevant brochure appropriate to the voyage booked. Full deposits (per person) are required upfront when the following stateroom grades* are confirmed held on a group booking even without names: Suites (all occupancies including double/single) Family staterooms Triple and Quad share staterooms Any other allocated unnamed staterooms (all occupancies including double/single) *Please note: Deposits paid in full for the above grades are refundable for unsold space up to 151 days prior to sailing. 6.1.3 Retrospective groups Retrospective groups are not permitted. For example, where an agent has already booked 8 or more staterooms as individual (FIT) bookings on the same voyage, they cannot then be retrospectively congregated into a group booking, with group pricing and benefits. A group must be proactively requested and confirmed for group pricing and benefits to apply. 6.1.4 Individual (FIT) to group transfer The transfer of an individual (FIT) booking into an existing group can only be made at prevailing rates and must not lead to the group exceeding the maximum limit of 50 staterooms for Royal Caribbean or Celebrity Cruises, 25 staterooms for Azamara Club Cruises. Individual bookings within the group must not have a create date earlier than that of the group s creation date; bookings that were created prior to the group s creation date would classify as a retrospective group and would not be permitted, as highlighted above in section 6.1.3. At the time the booking is transferred into the group, the booking will require full legal names and full deposits. Furthermore, only FIT bookings where a physical stateroom is allocated (i.e. no guarantees) may be transferred into an existing group booking. If there is unsold space on the group, one guarantee/stateroom must be released from the group prior to transfer in the order of like space first (i.e. Balcony for Balcony) followed by lowest inventory held (i.e. transferring in an interior where no like space is available would require the swapping out of an Oceanview if one is unused on the group). As mentioned in section 4.4 not all promotions are able to be added to groups. Deep discount promotions will require the booking to stay in the FIT space and will not be eligible for FIT to group transfers. Additionally not all promotions will be eligible for GAP/FOC when transferred to the group. FIT to Group transfers are not applicable to Code Red sailings or sailings within 150 days to departure. 6.1.5 Name changes Name changes on groups are subject to the same policy guides as name changes in the FIT space. One original guest from the booking must always remain in the booking otherwise it will be treated as a full cancellation. 8

Name change fees may apply according to the following schedule: Name change 150 14 days Within 14 days Spelling amendment No fee $50 per name Partial name change No fee $50 per name 1 x full name change $50 per name $50 per name All full name change Cancel/rebook Cancel/rebook Any request for name substitution of all guests within the booking represents a cancellation and release of space. RCL Cruises Ltd reserves the right not to restore the space to the group booking for resale. Name changes on 'Code Red' or sailings within 14 days of departure will require escalation and approval. 6.1.6 Holiday sailings Holiday sailings are classified as Christmas, New Year and Thanksgiving (North American departures only). These voyages are subject to slightly different terms and conditions, and this information is detailed in section 7 in the brand summary pages. 6.1.7 Dining Dining requests are accepted at time of booking creation, and are mandatory for Affinity (A) groups. It is recommended that traditional dining is allocated for large groups who wish to dine together. We regret that we are only able to request a maximum of 10 passengers to be seated together on My Time Dining/Celebrity Select Dining, regardless of group type. 6.1.8 Onboard functions / Event requests If your group requires special functions to be organised onboard such as cocktail parties, conference rooms or special events, you must provide these details to us no later than 90 days prior to sailing using the Event Request Form (see section 13). Any special requests for your group must be arranged no later than 8 weeks prior to sailing. All requests are subject to ship approval and are not guaranteed. Furthermore, we reserve the right to relocate or amend any pre-arranged onboard function or special request, if required by the ship for operational reasons. 6.1.9 Cruise documentation On receipt of full payment, cruise documentation can be generated. Cruise documentation is delivered electronically, generally within twenty-eight (28) days prior to sailing, unless requested earlier. Guests sharing the same stateroom will receive one set of documents, unless otherwise requested. 6.1.10 Reminders RCL Cruises Ltd will endeavour to make every effort to remind you of impending deadlines however it is the responsibility of the trade partner to meet these deadlines. RCL Cruises Ltd takes no responsibility for the failure to meet these deadlines. IMPORTANT: RCL Cruises Ltd will enforce group recalls and stopsells, and cancel any groups that have failed to meet deposit or final balance requirements within 14 days of deadlines. Groups that miss the deadline will be immediately subject to penalty as per this policy document. 6.2 Pricing Policies 6.2.1 Pricing Unless otherwise stated, all fares are quoted in Australian or New Zealand Dollars, and are only applicable to residents of Australia or New Zealand as designated by the travel agent location. All fares quoted are per guest and based on double occupancy unless stated otherwise. All fares quoted to guests should be inclusive of cruise fare, non-commissionable cruise fare (NCCF), taxes, fees & port expenses and fuel surcharges in line with Australian/New Zealand consumer laws. All fares, taxes, fees & port expenses and fuel surcharges are subject to change without notice. RCL Cruises Ltd reserves the right to assess fares and charges and amend or add to the content in this guide at any time. 9

6.2.2 Taxes, fees & port expenses All taxes, fees & port expenses are subject to change without notice. RCL Cruises Ltd reserves the right to collect any increases in taxes, fees & port expenses in effect at the time of sailing even if the fare has been paid in full. Taxes, fees & port expenses are non-commissionable and will be refunded upon cancellation. 6.2.3 Price protection (price match) If a lower fare becomes available after you have confirmed your group then the fare may be applied to the group booking subject to the following conditions: Price Protection does not apply to named and deposited bookings (sold space) Price Protection policy does not apply to pricing for guarantee stateroom grades e.g. W, XA, XC, X, Y, Z New pricing must be either Standard or Group Standard pricing only New pricing must be for the exact stateroom grade booked within the group Price Protection is not applicable to fares released for sale within 150 days to sailing as all groups space must be named or released prior to this point. New pricing must be at least $100 per person lower than the original fares secured within the group booking. Price Protection is only relevant for Standard or Group Standard/GroupX price codes that can be held against group inventory lines. Promotional rates cannot be held against a group and require names and deposits in order to be utilised We reserve the right to withdraw FOC berths and/or reduce GAP points if a lower fare is applied, at our discretion and by mutual consent. It is the responsibility of the agent to contact RCL Cruises to request the new fares. This function is not available via Espresso. The agency commission will be based on the lower fare paid, i.e. commission is not protected. Lowered fares will also affect any FOC/TC payable. 6.3 Inventory Policies 6.3.1 Maximum group limits The total number of cabins per agency/ship/departure date must not exceed a total of 50 cabins for Royal Caribbean International and Celebrity Cruises, or 25 cabins for Azamara Club Cruises. Additionally agencies are not permitted to hold more than one group per ship/sail date. An exception is made to this where an agent has both an Affinity group and Promotional group on the same departure. The total inventory across both groups should still not exceed the maximum limits allowed for the brand. Revenue Management approval is mandatory for Affinity groups that require more than the total of 50 cabins. Further terms & conditions or contracting may be applied in this case and approval should be well documented throughout the group history. Promotional groups must never exceed 50 total cabins per sailing. 6.3.2 Family and triple/quad share staterooms Family staterooms require a minimum occupancy to be booked which varies by category, ship and brand. Family staterooms are required to be allocated at time of adding to the group booking and a full deposit (per person) paid in order to secure the space. Triple and Quad share staterooms require a minimum of 3 guests unless otherwise stated. These staterooms must also be allocated at time of adding to the group booking and a full deposit (per person) paid in order to secure the space. All of the above mentioned grades are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. 6.3.3 Additional space Any additional group guarantees, staterooms or suites added to the group booking after the original confirmation will be charged at prevailing rates at the time the new space is added. Furthermore requests to swap grades or the number of staterooms within certain grades which differ from the original confirmation will be subject to prevailing rates - for example requesting 2 x D2 balcony guarantees to be changed to 2 x D1 balcony guarantees. Groups must not exceed the maximum of 50 cabins. 10

IMPORTANT: GTY Categories Z, Y, X, XC, XA & W are not eligible for group bookings at any time. 6.4 Cancellation & Review Policies 6.4.1 Cancellation policies for named space Once a stateroom is named on your group, it is subject to the cancellation schedule detailed in the relevant table in section 7. This schedule begins at 150 days prior to sailing for Royal Caribbean & Celebrity Cruises, or 120 days for Azamara Club Cruises. This schedule may differ for Holiday sailings. Royal Caribbean & Celebrity Cruises standard sailings Cancellation Days prior charge to sailing Royal Caribbean & Celebrity Cruises holiday sailings Cancellation Days prior charge to sailing Azamara Club Cruises Cancellation charge Days prior to sailing Full refund > 151 Full refund > 151 Final deposit 150-71 Final deposit 150-91 Initial deposit > 121 25% of fare 70-46 25% of fare 90-61 15% of fare 120-91 50% of fare 45-31 50% of fare 60-41 50% of fare 90-61 75% of fare 30-15 75% of fare 40-25 75% of fare 60-31 100% of fare 14-0 100% of fare 24-0 100% of fare 30-0 IMPORTANT: In instances where the deposit amount paid is higher than the 15/25/50/75% cancellation charge, then the higher of the two amounts is retained. IMPORTANT: If a group booking is named on a Non-Refundable Promotion it will be subject to the terms and conditions associated with that specific promotion. IMPORTANT: Any applicable cancellation charges will be withheld from funds already paid on the group, regardless of whether these funds were paid towards a specific booking. Any applicable refund for overpaid groups or refundable cancelled bookings will need to be manually requested to the Groups Team. Refunds will not automatically process. 6.4.2 Cancellation policies for unnamed space All unnamed space must be released by 151 days prior to sailing and the cancellation penalty schedule will begin at 150 days (as with FIT) for Royal Caribbean International and Celebrity Cruises. Any unnamed space held beyond 150 days to sailing will be subject to loss of deposit. As with FIT space for Azamara Club Cruises the initial groups deposit is non-refundable. RCL Cruises Ltd will endeavour to make every effort to remind you of impending deadlines however it is the responsibility of the trade partner to meet these deadlines. RCL Cruises Ltd takes no responsibility for the failure to meet these deadlines. 6.4.3 Review dates, recall of group space & colour codes Groups are subject to up to five space reviews, as detailed in the brand tables in section 7. During these reviews, we will contact you to discuss the remaining unsold space on your group; based on the utilisation of space, we may choose at each of these times to recall a percentage of the unsold space without penalty. In addition to the standard reviews, RCL Cruises Ltd reserves the right to contact you at any time to review group inventory held on sail dates that are at risk of being oversold. During this review, a mandatory recall of 50 100% of unsold space may be requested. We will endeavour to provide a grace period of up to a maximum of 7 days (5 business days) to provide full legal names and deposits to any space already sold, after which time the rest will be released in line with the advised recall percentage. This grace period will be advised at the time of notification of the recall, and will be determined based on the severity of the potential oversell. 11

Code Yellow Recall: When a sailing reaches code yellow, it is booked significantly ahead of expectations; in this instance we may request up to 75% of unsold space to be recalled. If no recall is requested you are still able to name space within your group and may continue to advertise this sailing, however please be aware you may be subject to a 75% recall of unnamed space at any time. We will advise you if this is necessary. Code Red Recall: When a sailing reaches code red, it has reached a stop sell and is deemed oversold; in this instance names will not be able to be added to the group; we may also recall 100% of unnamed space at this stage. You must stop advertising the group in this circumstance. If no recall is requested and the sailing is subsequently removed from Code Red status at a later date you may return to advertising, as long as it remains outside of the general review/recall timelines outlined in the relevant brand tables (see section 7). It is the responsibility of the travel partner to monitor the sailing colour codes and ensure they will be able to advertise. Note: The above recalls of space are only applicable to unsold, unnamed inventory (stateroom guarantees without full names and deposits) as well as any unnamed allocated staterooms. Redeployment: From time to time it may be necessary for RCL Cruises Ltd to redeploy a sailing. As a result, groups held on the affected sailing will need to be cancelled, as the sailing is no longer a valid voyage. Group space without names will be cancelled with no compensation other than the refund of any initial deposit paid. Any group bookings where names and deposit have been received may be eligible to receive compensation, which will be confirmed to you at the time. A compensation letter will be provided specific to each redeployment. 12
