Note that uniform tunics are not required. In addition to the Transport Canada Licence Application Fee and Examination Fee cheques specified in Appendix A-1H, candidates should also bring a cheque payable to the flight centre in the amount of $265.00 to cover possible Examination Rewrite Fees and purchases of Aeronautical Information Publication (AIM) Canada, Transport Canada Flight Training Manual, aeronautical charts, Pilot Operating Handbook and Pilot Training Record. Undisclosed medical circumstances could result in the cadet being RTU since minimum medical standards must be maintained as a condition of holding a Transport Canada aircrew licence. Any and all medications ingested must be approved by a Canadian Forces Flight Surgeon (where available) or a Transport Canada approved Canadian Aviation Medical Examiner. Similarly, ingesting unapproved or undocumented medication may result in RTU action. H-2/4 Revised: 11 May 2012

Failure to achieve a passing grade on a previously failed section at subsequent writing; e. Failure to perform a solo flight after 14 hours of dual flying instruction, excepting that the Region Cadet Air Operations Officer may authorize an additional two hours of instruction upon due consultation with the flight training centre Chief Flying Instructor; f. As per the ATAC Agreement, cadets can be RTU d for failing the TC flight test; and/or g. Wilful, gross violations of air regulations and tenets of Flight Safety. 9.
