USING THIS GUIDE This guide displays the screens that a guest will experience when they log into and navigate the Universal Guest Account. ACCOUNT MIGRATION STEP 1 Guest will click log in/register to celebritycruises.com STEP 2 STEP 3 To Login, Guest will use their existing USERNAME & PASSWORD Click Sign in 2 3
ACCOUNT MIGRATION STEP 4 The MIGRATION screen appears. In this screen guest will validate their: Cell phone number Date of birth, Password Security question for password resets To complete the migration process, the guest must accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy before clicking in update my account.
STEP 5 Guest Account Dashboard is displayed NOTE Account Migration will only occur the first time they log into the universal Guest Account with an existing celebrity account.
PASSWORD RESET: BEFORE MIGRATION STEP 1 Log in to celebritycruises.com STEP 2 STEP 3 Guest will enter an existing Email Address Click Forgot Password 2 3
PASSWORD RESET STEP 4 The Password Reset screen appears. In this screen guests will enter their email address and click next STEP 5 The password will be reset via email. NOTE: Once password has been reset guest will follow steps for Account Migration

PASSWORD RESET: AFTER MIGRATION STEP 1 Log in to celebritycruises.com STEP 2 STEP 3 Guest will enter an existing Email Address Click Forgot Password 2 3
PASSWORD RESET STEP 4 The Password Reset screen appears. In this screen guests will enter their email address and click next If guest has already completed the migration process, they may reset password via the security question
PASSWORD RESET STEP 5 If Guest cannot remember answers to security question, they may also reset the password via email STEP 6 Result: The Guest Account Dashboard
CREATE AN ACCOUNT STEP 1 Log in to celebritycruises.com STEP 2 Guest clicks create an account 2
CREATE AN ACCOUNT STEP 3 Guest completes registration with: Name Cell phone number Date of birth, Email address Password (1 number, 1 letter, 8 characters) Security question and answer Guest must accept the Terms of Service and Privacy policy to create account. STEP 6 Result: The Guest Account Dashboard

DASHBOARD NAVIGATION ACCOUNT Allows guest to navigate the Guest Account and update settings, guest information, and communication preferences CAPTAIN S CLUB NUMBER Displays Captain s Club status Add existing Captain s Club number or enroll in Captain s Club program
DASHBOARD NAVIGATION LINK A MISSING CRUISE Guests can add any missing cruises. They will need the reservation number. NOTE: Guests can only add missing cruises if their last name matches the last name on the reservation.
UPCOMING CRUISE, PAST CRUISE, AND COURTESY HOLDS From the dashboard Guests can view upcoming cruises, past cruises, and courtesy holds

LINK Description Start Check-in Takes Guest to Online Check In Manage Reservation Guests can view reservation details, pay balance due, select dining time, add gratuities, cruise care, and explore cruise planner Plan your Cruise Access to Before You Board checklist, FAQs, Travel Advisories Your Documents Access to Luggage Tags Add a Cruise Guest can add additional cruises to account with a reservation number Plan a New Cruise Access to book a cruise Complete your account Info Allows guest to update their profile information and loyalty number Set Preferences Sets preferences for how guest would like to receive marketing communication
PAST CRUISES The GUEST ACCOUNT PAST CRUISES tab, displays any past cruises associated with the account holder including ship name, date, and loyalty points earned
COURTESY HOLDS The table below describes the navigation links on the GUEST ACCOUNT COURTESY HOLD TAB. This Tab displays all cruises under the 24 hour courtesy hold with the itinerary, ship name, sailing date, and reservation number LINK Description Book now Allows guest to purchase cruise
