Wasabi Thinners Wasabi professional thinners come in 30 and 38 tooth models with a choice of conventional (straight) or offset handles and standard (Japanese style) or reverse (European style) blades. The "standard blade" models have teeth on the lower arm of the thinner and the "reverse blade" models have teeth on the upper arm.
