Exhibition and Sponsorship Opportunities The BAD Annual conference will be held at the Convention Centre Liverpool from Tuesday 4th Thursday 6th July 2017. The 2016 Birmingham meeting had record numbers and we hope to build on this in 2017. As the largest UK Dermatology Conference, we expect over 1,200 delegates to attend, who will share their expertise and find out about the latest in key clinical issues, good practice and the latest dermatology research. The Exhibition The exhibition is an integral part of the Conference. It gives our exhibitors the opportunity to target their products and services towards a broad range of health care professionals, enabling you to have direct interaction with delegates. Located in Hall 2 the exhibition will comprise of a mixture of space and shell scheme stands. The layout of the exhibition hall has been designed to maximise flow around the hall, the inclusion of the Pharma Presentation areas, Hot Topic zones, coffee and lunch points make the exhibition hall a focal point for delegates, giving you the chance to forge strong personal links with new and existing clients in a professional yet relaxed, atmosphere. We will be continuing our relaying the main Plenary sessions into the Exhibition Hall and increasing the size of the Well Being area. The Liverpool venue has more space than Birmingham and therefore the Poster Hall and Poster Presentation zone will also be in Hall 2. We are also pleased to announce that the hot food option will continue for all attendees and once again exhibitors are welcome to join delegates for the BADfest social event. Exhibitors and complimentary passes Exhibitors receive 1 badge per 2m 2 of exhibition space purchased. If you require any additional passes, these will be charged at 75 (+VAT) per person. Scanners Capture full details of visitors to your stand with a non-contact scanner. Qualify your leads using simple barcodes and download your data. Invaluable for post show marketing campaigns. Costs: 250 per scanner (+VAT) Delegate bag inserts Opportunities for exhibitors to place inserts in delegate bags are available. All inserts must be approved by BAD prior to printing. Include your brand on the badge inserts or lanyards. The company must supply the lanyard to the specification of the BAD. Pharma Presentation Zone Excellent opportunity for companies to showcase their products and services, the zone is located in the main exhibition hall. Note only exhibiting companies can book a slot. Our team of therapists are able to provide a wide variety of therapies which include Shiatsu, Reiki, Seated Acupressure Massage, Indian Head Massage and Thai Yoga Massage. Included with each therapist we provide a Reflexology Foot Massage Machine/Chi Machine. This enables delegates/exhibitors waiting for their session to further enjoy the relaxation experience. As a sponsor of the area you will be able to provide branded t-shirts for all the Therapists to wear for the duration of the meeting.
